Finally, I have received my order after a lot of hassle. The seller claimed it was an original KZ headphone cable, but it turns out to be a counterfeit imitation and the quality is terrible.

I really liked that Bithome offers products that no other company in Tunisia provides. On top of that, soum tayara with great customer support, what else could you ask for?

I would say that the website look-and-feel is really good.
Responsive, doesn't lag, quite sleek, and straight to the point.
The customer service that called me were also quite helpful in clearing up I a confusion I had, which in all honesty is the only issue I take with bit home's service.
Every online shopping website in Tunisia has a "pay in cash" option clearly listed and available in checkout.
However, bithome does not.
Which made me worry that, it was not something bithome supported.
In any case, the response time of customer support was surprisingly fast considering I ordered on the cusp of a religious holiday that basically everyone in Tunisia celebrates.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the collection of products that bithome provides at a relatively good price.
It is also nice that they don't price gouge despite offering products that no other company in Tunisia provide.
