So far I’m loving my purchases from Bitcoinmerch! Was recommended by The Hobbyist Miner. They have great deals/sales that you can add to your whale battle pass; which I highly recommend! BM received my broken miner last friday, when will my replacement miner ship I asked. It will ship tomorrow, was the reply. That was on tuesday, waited until next day and I got nothing, no email. Asked for a tracking number… nothing…
Edit: BM contacted me and explained that they have shut down their warehouse in Germany, so I got no replacement miner. Offered to ship from the US, but with tariffs that’s not an option. Requested a full refund and they accepted that. Waiting to see if the refund actually shows up…

Got my compac A1 plus fan. Item was sent in a brown box and the compac A1 was wrapped in brown paper. Plugged it in and the light came on and it showed up but will not hash, moved it to other location replacing with one that was working, it was the same response. Sent reply on 4-20 and I called and left message on 4-29. Both cases no response. Customer support very bad. I even had order protection. That looks like a joke, and a waste of money. Order number 330359. The fan did work with no problem.

bitcoin merch did reach out, and asked if I would send back the compac a1 and fan and they would replace it for me. very friendly person. they sent me a return label very fast. this is an example of customer service that anyone would hope to get. A++ thank you very much.

Received package in a timely manner and I really enjoyed the preloaded settings and upgrade parts to the miner I purchased!!!
