I've played there over a year and the one time I hit something good they stole my winnings and wouldn't cash me out, then disabled my account, never play at this casino

The entire platform feels like a scam from the get-go. Had a terrible experience trying to load money just to have it held up and unusable for over 4 hours. Don't get me started on their playthrough bs either. Steer clear.

Verification sent before deposit. ($20). First withdraw attempt. ($81) rejected for playthrough not met. 12 hours after playing a second withdraw attempt ($77) lead to this email:

I gave them 1 hour remain in honor and return my property before I have notice of criminal complaint. It had been 8 hours. This is the text I sent:

You are stealing my property and I will be reporting this to your licensing department with screenshots.

Some of your providers are restricted in the United States as well as some require a country be chosen. I did not use any provider or select any other country. I'm not even a U.S. citizen but that is immaterial.
My deposit was accepted. My first withdrawal for $81 in BTC was rejected because I was told, via email (evidence) that I did not meet the one time play through. This misrepresentation that I would still be allowed to play and withdraw.

It played to 1 minimum bet spin worth of BTC and manged to get my BTC back up to $77. Now after 12 hours of waiting this casino thinks it has authority to deny me of my property. Steal. I don't consent and I know law.

The correct process, like other casinos have done, would be to inform me that my one deposit would be honored as well as my 1 withdrawal. But I would no longer be allowed to play being my "country" is "restricted".

I'll also include the fact that restricting anything after that the player is allowed to access is fraud as well. "This game is not allowed in the United States" does not fully disclose a policy you are attempting to use to abrogate the law.
This is your your first and final notice that you must return my property, the full 0.00112 BTC equivalent to $77.14.

A screenshot of 0.00118467 for the amount first rejected which was the equivalent of 81.04 though the playthrough was unmet wil be included. Neither my deposit for my complete withdraw has been returned to my wallet. They are using policy to steal.

Withdrawals are advertised as "instant" but actually take about an hour and up to 24 hours. I did not need to verify my profile to withdraw. I doubled my money in the first deposit. I personally had a good experience.

Deposited $600 and lost them all in an instant. Felt sad so asked for some free bonus. They rejected me saying I m not valuable enough for them! Very terrible customer service. If this is in TrustDice they would offer me some nice bonus. But so sad they no longer accept my country....
