Some confusion about Office keys, finally got the right one

Seller thought LTSC version of Office 2019 and the Volume Licensed version were the same. Originally got a VL key, which didn't work for me. Wrote to seller, who told me to install his version of the sofware. When I refused and requested a standard license key, they sent me one that worked. So the story ended well - so far -, after some hiccups.

Office key and a good customer service

I purchased an Office key for my Mac from them and I couldn't be happier. The product works perfectly, but what really impressed me was the customer service.
