We cannot recommend the team at Bitcloud enough!

We are coming to the end of a large new build/refurbishment and the team at Bitcloud have been involved from the initial stages.

We dealt with Amit, who took the time to understand our needs as a family. He spent a couple of hours discussing how we intended to use the house and what was important to us in terms of security, entertainment and smart home technology.

It’s worth noting that we’re not a tech savvy family and found Amit to be very patient and knowledgable when covering the various areas and offerings available.

Following the initial analysis stage he spent some time putting together a solution to cater for our needs as well as a list of recommendations.

The proposed solution catered for our initial requirements which consisted of alarm system, cctv, heating/lighting/window control, sound system consisting of ceiling speakers throughout, a cinema room and a pc/console gaming room for our sons.

In addition to the initial solution Amit put forward some recommendations. This was a list of nice to haves in the future. I can’t say we understood everything fully but he suggested we lay additional cabling for a minimal cost, allowing us to add to things at a later date.

Once the final design was finalised the team liaised with the building contractor, carrying out both first and second fix. Amit project managed the whole process and remained our point of contact throughout and was always at hand to answer any questions or queries.

I can’t say I fully understand how everything works but we are happy with the end solution in that we can control the house from our phones or tablets.

From turning the heating/hot water on or off remotely to controlling any tv within the house.

The cinema room is by far our favourite room of the house.

I would highly recommend Bitcloud for all your Audio/Visual/Security!

I engaged BitCloud Automation to help address some security concerns I had at my home. BitCloud Automation were able to suggest, source and install a system within a very short timeframe and worked around my scheduled.

I was informed of pragmatic choices during our initial consultation which ultimately resulted in a solution being implemented that not only met, but exceeded my expectations. BitCloud Automation undertook a complete setup of my home WiFi network to ensure there was a stable environment from which to build out a complete smart security lighting packaging. The package which comprised of two flood lit cameras, a welcome home light above our main entrance as well as a smart door bell installation was very comprehensive and designed to meet my budget and requirements. The icing on the cake for me was that this solution was further cemented with the use of Alexa voice control, which not only alerted me when there were detections triggered by the security cameras, but also showed the footage of the actions that triggered the events.

When it came to handing over the system to me, BitCloud Automation took time to explain how the system worked and its features and most importantly how I could control and fine-tune the system to met my requirements as they evolved. I feel now more secure at home, knowing that I can view all the key external areas of my house whether i’m at home or not, its a great peace of mind. I highly recommend BitCloud Automation, you won’t be disappointed.
