Absolutely terrible customer support experience.
I registered 2 days ago and voluntarily completed KYC. Played a lot last night—lost some, won some back—ending slightly down. This morning I got a message saying MY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST WAS DENIED… except I never requested one. With 2FA enabled, I know nobody else did either.

I went to live chat and was told to email the security team. In a case like this, I’d expect them to reach out to me proactively. Instead, they sent me another KYC link—same ID + live face video I had already done, but from a different provider. After completing it, I emailed them to confirm my account was fine. No reply.

Tried requesting a withdrawal just to check if my account was functional—denied. Support told me (again) to email security as I have LIMITATIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. That was 10 hours ago… still no response.

So I deposited $55 and the bonus made it $110 balance and went to gates of Olympus and change the bet to $1 and hit spin. Then I hit spin 109 more times and I had $0. On monday, I created an account on their website and started playing roulette. After I while I deposited 15.7mBtc and was lucky enough to double it. This is clearly wrong, I have not used any double-spend techniques. I've been in other casino website for a while and I always play after my deposit is confirmed on network.

Now they disabled my account and took all my money

Deposit and withdrawals work. But do not use. Customer service isn't a thing to bitcasino. Everything works but your just a number to them and the customer service won't be helpful in supporting you though issues.
