I spent a lot of money to order a birthday gift for my grandson. Unfortunately it was too small. I wanted to exchange it, but you said "no" I had to get a refund and re order. So I followed your directions to return the item with your apparent "3rd party." That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from them. So I have lost $86 and I am upset. The mask is of a horrible design… Go purchase the one that Kaskade sells and you will see that is much better.
Also the metal thing that came with it did not have an adhesive backed like it was supposed to.
And tighten it with those twirly things the instructions don’t even make any sense to the actual product.
The mask itself is horrible and I wouldn’t want to wear it. it’s such low quality I’m very disappointed.

The staff went above and beyond.
One of my orders got canceled because of an item being “sold out”. However Analía took Time out of their day to find me that item and send it to me. On top of that offered me a discount for future purchases. The merchandise is always top quality. The shipping for merchandise is always on time.
This was a pretty rough experience with customer support
This was a pretty rough experience in terms of customer support. I reached out to Sandbag which is bitbird's helpdesk support and I received a quick response with a timeline of shipment. When I wasn't notified on shipment I followed up probably around 8-10 times in the span of 35 days to see when my product would arrive and I felt like I've been ghosted by helpdesk. I tried replying to email, creating a new ticket, even going on the bitbird Discord and even Discord left me on read. Unfortunately, my product was stolen and they were kind enough to (eventually) send me a new product. In the end, it took 9+ messages, 3+ tickets, and nearly 2 months to receive a hoodie. I'm glad I got the hoodie, but I will probably never buy a bitbird product again if they are still using Sandbag as their customer support.
