I recovered my lost funds with Zent ri Coup s' assistance.

BitBay is scam, some one called you, become an friend after a month, then get you in BitBay, help you making money, when you want to withdraw, then this person disappear, now you can’t withdraw money from BitBay, they want you pay tax first, send money to there address not IRS …. It is scam they have all different people, speaks different language. When you have financial problems and stress life very easily get in the scam.

Just to warn you, I couldn't make withdrawal but got fortunate with SEEKNFIND4N6 for the encouraged as sist. You can do the same too

its a total scam, i lost all my money
guys please don’t do it. trust me i don’t want this to happen to anyone else i git scam of all my money 49,000 to withdraw they gave me excuse after excuse, pay the taxes which i did. and still they gave me another bull crap excuse. its a scam guys. all the people that got there money taken made some polish kid richer. if h dint want to believe the reviews then go rite ahead and see for yourself. but dont say you weren’t warned.

It is not bitbay!!! It is called birbayap.vip it is a total SCAM. The exchange says bitbay but to login it's birbayap.vip. Stay away from this site they have agents ( good looking ladies ) entice you to join them in there investment. Then to withdraw they say they need 20% verification fee. mine was $15,278. Witch is a total Scam. My agent was called Sophia Miller I have her ID even. STAY AWAY

You will only lose money as they look for any little excuse to withold it. A chance i got to reassess with recov desk to get everything back

Warning do not use. they will keep your money and give you polish tax laws as an excuse. its a fake site and a scam.

They are not letting me remove my money I am stuck with 23000$. Can anyone help ?

they take my money for now a week and they said wait its under review , please dont use Bitpay its a scam , they scam me and dont want to give it back to me .

Bitbay is a total scam. Couldn't get my money out. They told me I had to may my taxes on my money earned first.

Trying to register my company for Bitbay Pay, but after entering failed. It seems that this service was made solitary for Polish customers as all the defaults are on Poland and several messages are Polish text. Now being asked to re-enter dozens of questions, and upload all documents a second time, this doesn't feel right. Helpdesk email form has a bug. Won't say it's a scam, just say it's not available outside of Poland and doesn't feel safe and well organised.

I got fully verified account of Bitbay, but when tried first EUR withdrawal, they cancelled it, and asked for source of funds. I sent declaration but got no reply in 72 hours. No phone to call, no answer to tickets sent via their system, chat agents asking "to be patient".

After 11 (!!!) days of waiting they finally replied, with another stupid question, while in the meantime I lost chance to buy a property and had huge loss because I trusted to BitBay.

I doubt they are paying out money, because their company BB TRADE ESTONIA OÜ declares turnover of only 25000 Euros in 3 months, while they advertise themselves as "Exchange number 1 in Europe".
It looks like a scam.

After 2 years and another update my money has been gone from my account. I drop them email to ask what happen they said on my account never has been any money!!!!! IM NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS THEVIES !!!!!

Despite noone logged to my account according to the bitbay's logs, someone withdraw all my money. Support doesnt care at all

Worst market in the world.Customer service is horrible if You have any problem You need to spend a lot of time to solve it, second Bitbay Sold all his customers to the polish-communist government

Bitbay blocked € 7,000 from me for 2 years. I don't get any more replies to my email address. Me and my attorney are pursuing a class action lawsuit. You can contact me.

Scammed me of 15000$. I invested 10000$ and when i wanted to withdraw they told me that they had sent the money, but i never recieved anything. Its an Estonian company and becouse the law here allows them to operate they will never get disbanded! Spread awareness about it and don't let others fall for the scam!

bitbay is too dangerous to use and trust, do not create an account and DONT send your personal information to them, dont send pics of your ID because they will stole your identity.
