I had cataract treatment. The service was superb, great followup, the service was excellent cannot recommend it high enough, amazing, wonderfull.

I had my cataract removed yesterday and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the lengths they had gone to to make me feel completely safe during this unprecedented time.

Thank you to all at Spa Medica for the first-class service I received throughout my cataract removal journey. It was the Birmingham Hospital that looked after me and their professionalism, care and kindness was great. Staff also had a sense of humour and for me this was really important and it really did help to remove any anxieties that l had.
Also a special mention to the staff at the Bolton Call Centre. They play a key role as a first point of contact and they were so helpful when I needed to change dates or times or needed clarification on any points. Always professional, helpful and keen to resolve my questions. They also had that important, when appropriate sense of humour.
If your Optician has to refer you on for cataract surgery and it is Spa Medica that look after you then you will be in very good hands. Again thank you all. Tony Field

I cannot thank them enough,so wonderful to see so many happy and courteous person,from my pre-op to my operation. I have nothing but praise for this experience with Spa Medica! I cannot imagine what expectations the people who rated it poor can have. I was dealt with speedily and courteously from first contact through both treatments (I have just had my second eye done - and that after only five weeks!). Had I stayed with the other hospitals I would still be waiting and I would have lost my driving licence. The staff are all committed, helpful, polite and competent. I really cannot fault their system at all, and I think it is wonderful that they are helping to clear the ridiculous backlog in the NHS hospitals.

My vision in my left eye is remarkable since having a cataract opp at spamedica at five ways Birmingham. Thanks to all the staff and surgeon who made me feel welcome and at ease during the procedure.

SpaMedica you have taken my eyesight back 20 years at least.The clarity and colour i now have in my right eye is life changing for me and i look forward to having my left eye done in a few weeks

Everything about my cataract operation was
excellent. All on time, staff cheerful, easy to get to the centre. free tea and coffee and free parking. Staff explained what they were doing. THey were quick at making appointments

The reliability of this shortener service is hit and miss. I always hope for the best, but after many times getting zero response along with service down time I say why bother. Always use other more reliable services because this one is not reliable.
