Bisq is though good exchange has curtailed flaws. Mainly while doing the transaction, the time taken is too high, where the transaction becomes very slow. When I come to the trading part, it has very less number of trading volumes. Website is also not designed well for the active traders.

Bisq has a good customer service and reliable. The trading tools are easy to use. They need to work on liquidity volume. I expect them to add more coins. My account was locked a month ago and they sort it out at an average speed. I do not have any other big issues.

Bisq has very low volume on liquidity. It is not meant for a professional trader. They need to improve on their charts, customer support and verification part. Verification part is not secure at all compare to other exchanges. I will not recommend them

Bisq functions different from what most expect.
The negative reviews here are from people who didn't look into how to use it.
XMR is a privacy coin, not a crime coin. Lot more crimes going on with usd than btc or xmr. go after the crime not the payment. And quit thinking victimless actions with rules against are crimes.
I missed the part where the DAO is to be staked for income. The DAO is to fund devs and other contributors, and the value of it changes with the market. It can also serve as a bond and for voting.
Keep all the activity on the exchange. there's no reason to send outside escrow, or finalize early. Could have been a charge back, but the way the guy described it, there was never a fiat payment.
There's a limited number of trading pairs because they won't accept junk coins.
The trades are slow. you must wait for a bitcoin confirmation, on average 10min. Then it relies on your trade partner to be ready. It is helpful to link the mobile app for trade progress notifications.
The volume is low, catch 22.
I did have some coins get stuck over a year ago, took a couple days to fix it, and a bug was fixed with the next software update.

Solid concept
This idea is very unique but needs a lot of work. The interface is very bad and it has lots of bugs. Not many people use this to exchange so the liquidity and market dept is very very low. I am not sure about the support, they say post on the forum.
