Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Bison Disc is the primary reason that they should have a six star rating scheme.

I would most definitely would recommend Bison Disc to anyone that needs duplicating work done. Anyone can make duplicates, but Bison really comes through with helping getting the full product complete with a great attitude. Piecing together all of the intricate parts of artwork and other aspects of the labels is one of your finest points. And your customer service reps are very helpful and your pricing is very competitive.

poor customer service

I received the wrong color CD covers and when I wanted them fixed, I received poor customer service and even had to pay for the redone covers myself.

Most positive experience

Bison Disc has completed two projects for me, and both the service and products I received have been outstanding. The staff are most knowledgeable and helpful, and the projects were completed in a timely manner. I have also been pleased with the reasonable rates I was charged. I recommend Bison Disc, without reservation.

Never use this company.

Not only are they incapable of getting an order finished on time, they are rude. I recommend going anywhere else to get quality service and a good product. I will never use again.

Bison Disc is a top-shelf company

If you want a job done with a pro-touch, use Bison. First class all the way. The art work was done the way I asked and the audio was excellent. Everything was done up front as quoated...no surprises, and shipped in a timely manner.

Overall a friendly and professional experience.

Bison Disc did a great job with our CD from the artwork to the packaging to the audio quality. Our sales person (Ruth) was amazing. Very informative, friendly and communicative. Our interaction with her was one of the main reasons we chose Bison Disc. The only disappointment was that all of our meta tag data was erased and not included on our recording. Not a huge deal and not enough to warrant a poor review, but something I hope Bison Disc addresses in the future.

Nice Cover Art, Disc colors way off

The overall quality of the production was fine but the color printed on the disc was not even close to that on the cover. The cover was gray (as it should have been) but the disc printing (same file) turned out blue. Client was not very thrilled.

Very professional and easy to work with.

I did my own artwork and it was easy to send to Bison. They did and excellent job printing the disc and the jacket and the sound quality of the CD was superb. I recently re-ordered more CD's and it went seamlessly.

Thanks Bison,
Geoff Watz

I chose shrink wrapping and it was terrible

I ordered the discs with the shrink-wrapping. The wrapping was terrible. Most were not properly sealed; others were sealed but had holes from too much heat. I had to buy sealing material and seal almost every one of them myself. I would never buy from Bison again for this reason. However, the printing and audio recording regarding the discs was fine. Sorry for the bad review but it was very frustrating.

don't waste your money, save up and use disc masters instead.

Packaging looked good but the artwork on the disc looks gritty and grainy. The underside of the discs look like a cheap burnt CD. Had 7 CDs cases broken in transit to me in the mail and bison refused to replace them. I paid for the CDs to be cell wrapped and it looked like a 3 year old did it. I will never order from bison ever again. Bob at bison sucks.

Awesomely professional!!!!

I was really tight on time. I called various CD makers (hint!), BUT they all discouraged me. Bison Disc, however, were on top of their game and delivered.... I mean delivered!!! I got my CDs the way I wanted them and even a day earlier than expected! I am deeply impressed with their work, customer service, attitude towards the client and willingness to work extra hard to make their business grow. I am definitely returning to them for more...

My second CD as well as my first had been manufactured by Bison Disc

I received my proof for my second project and was very pleased. I wish I could make more CDs but it looks as though I am only going to make 1 per year since I am an independent musician and I work alone. Bison Disc has worked out very well for me. I was really happy when I received my first project and it looks like my second project will be just as good if not better.
