Having quality discs made is critical for our company, not only do discs have to be quality, but they also have to be delivered on time. Bison Disc met and exceeded both of our requirements. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable representative Ruth took time to work with us individually and address the customization of the project. The discs were made briskly, all questions were satisfactorily answered and the only thing missing is our next interaction.

Was needing my CD's in a small time frame, and the staff was extremely helpful with my request. Ruth got with me and we got everything going in a matter of minutes. Got my CD's promptly, and they were a great quality product, at an extremely reasonable price for me and my band. Independent release was easier and better than I could have hoped for!

Loved working with Ruth and Bison Disc. Ours was a small order but we required artwork and Ruth worked with us to make sure we got just what we wanted! Hope to use them again!

I've been having CDs duplicated for the better part of 15 years being a musician. Never has any duplication/replication company given such great service... Had my CDs in my hands 7 days from time of order. The customer service reps were very responsive to all of my questions and needs. All that and the product came out EXACTLY as I wanted and imagined. I can't speak highly enough of this company. They will be getting all of my business from here on out. Thanks Bison!

After searching for quite awhile to find a company that would do a small order of printed CD sleeves at a reasonable price, I found BisonDisc. The whole ordering process was so easy, it was hard to believe. Their 3D proof is a lot of fun and makes your "dream" come true. The order arrived to me in the proper time frame and I was extremely pleased with the results.

I just produced my first eBook on a CD that included folders of photos and items for the projects in the eBook. CDs are great! The printing is beautiful! I worked in the printing industry for 30+ years, so I know good quality printing! The templates they provided made it easy to create my artwork in Photoshop. I would highly recommend their products, company, and especially my rep, Ruth. She was very responsive to any questions I had. Great job!

Bison Disc simply hit the ball out of the park in duplicating our 50th high school reunion photos and capturing our thematic artwork on the DVD's face. The customer care was perfect with specific guidance and help along each step of the way for our first time experience. Highly recommend using Bison Dosc for all of your replication needs. Our classmates are thrilled with this first-class memento.

Bison Disc does nice work, however if you get the sales Rep. Sandi then run for the hills. She will give you a quote for one amount, get you all happy on your quote, you'll make payment on that quote, then she'll come back to you several times more asking for MO Money. Guess what, the original amount you were quoted, just went out the window. I was so stressed with my order that I can tell you I wished I had chosen another company. I should have checked the web for complaints before I hit that pay button. Then I would have seen the 2 other complaints about service & delivery/products.
Once you get the items you need ordered, you pay for them, you hope to relax knowing that's done and can move on to the next thing u need to do. Wrong, my order went on for 4 days before it finally got put into production. It seems their system was glitching out and they couldn't find payment, yet I emailed my confirmation of payment to them. I'd recommend Bison changing out one of their customer reps, that is if they want to continue to get job orders. There's nothing worse when they think the "customer's not always right".
Good Luck Bison, Sorry to say I'm taking my biz elsewhere, bad word of mouth is just as important as good. It helps weed out the trouble makers.

Very prompt people to work with that help you at every step and get things done for you.

I recorded 3 CD's at Slipped Disc's in Ashland Va. I have recorded several others there in the past. Bill is / was always on time, always prepared to meet any challenges.
Bison was the same. Polite communication was excellent I will be using Bison again in the near future.
I used soundtracks for two CD's from a very low priced book with the cd..
I have been playing for 45 years. I don't smoke, use recreational drugs or drink at all.

I've never written a review before but the staff at Bison Disc was exceptional. I needed disks in a week and they got it done and everything looks incredible. Definitely using them when I need more CDs!!!

Great experience front to back. Website answered most of my questions and Bob did the rest. Product was better than I could make. At Bison's price, I will never duplicate at home again.
