World saving super techs!
I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire BisectHosting support team for helping me get my Hytale server back up and running.
I ran into a frustrating issue involving mods, server rollbacks, and connection errors. At one point I had removed every mod from the server and was still getting dependency-related errors. I honestly wasn't sure what was going on anymore. The support team stayed with me through the troubleshooting process, helping me work through the problem step by step.
After testing different solutions, we finally got the server running again. I was able to log in, access my old world, and confirm that everything was still there. The relief I felt at that moment was huge. Instead of just closing the ticket, the support representative took the time to explain what likely happened, recommended waiting for mod updates before reintroducing certain mods, and suggested creating backups before future mod testing.
What stood out most wasn't just the technical help—it was the attitude. The support staff were patient, friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the issue resolved. One response even jokingly told me, "If everything appears as it was before, don't touch the server," which gave me a good laugh after a stressful troubleshooting session.
My players asked me to pass along a huge thank you to the BisectHosting team, and I'm happy to do exactly that here. It's easy to find hosting companies, but it's much harder to find a support team that will stick with you through a difficult problem until it's solved.

Broken server saved!!!
Nova M was absolutely PHENOMENAL at helping me fix issues with my server! I couldn't join at all, and i had people crashing as soon as they got in. Everything was fixed and resolved super quickly :) I plan on using bisect hosting for any server i run in the future! The customer service is always great.
