Ordered an edible Birthday card for a friend. Chose the delivery date (her birthday!) but it never arrived. Sent various messages to company and still no reply! Money gone from my account though! I should have just sent a card RMail at least then she would have got something from me!

I have ordered biscuits on 2 separate occasions now. I am never disappointed. The biscuits make a really unusual gift, they look amazing and taste divine. They are really nicely packaged as well!

Having been bought for me from my daughter for mother’s day I would say these are absolutely the most delicious biscuits I have ever eaten. Not only that but they are also the most delicately decorated item of food ever. So pretty and perfect to look at you almost don’t want to eat them. I did though!! But very reluctantly shared a few with my husband. Men are just not as discerning.

They are expensive biscuits but they are a very well made, pretty, tasty, unique and beautifully wrapped gift. And that, in my opinion, justifies the cost. 🫓

I've only ever purchased these biscuits as gifts but recipients have told me how delicious they are and if they have been in company when "indulging", their friends have had cartwheels over the decorative designs and posted images on their socials because they have been so impressed.

wonderful gift - looks stunning and so classy

I ordered biscuits for Mother’s Day. DPD returned them to the depot twice. My mum was really upset she hadn’t received a present or card so I bought her flowers at some expense. I emailed biscuit boutique about this and have not had a response. The DPD app says the biscuits have been returned to biscuit boutique. I don’t know if I will receive a refund or not and would have expected an apology at least.
I am disappointed as I’ve always loved BB and think they are a lovely gift. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll risk ordering through them again.

I bought two boxes over Christmas, one as a gift and one for me. If I could have given more stars then I would have. The design was beautiful. Also the biscuit itself was delicious. Packaging was more than I expected and delivery was quick. Will definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommended.
