I bought a Kamado Grill & pizza oven. I was super impressed with their selection of quality products & the expert advise I received from Jordan Lee.
Delivery & installation was professional & prompt. Really happy customer.

I ordered a Lafuma table for touring but it arrived damaged. After a phone call to Birstall the replacement table arrived a few days later on a day that suited me. Excellent product, price and service.

-100 this is a ripoff site I place the pizza order I spend £30 pounds pay already, but half hour later she call me o said can cancel order by mistake and refund after 5 to 7 working days but still delivery my food if I pay again don’t ask me if o got money or not so I waiting for to my refund and no get food for dinner please avoid this site in Birstall is a dodge people keep away

Amazing first class service
I purchased two large garden ornaments from Birstall garden centre online when they arrived via the manufacturers they were missing a large base that was shown in the photo I contacted the manufacturers. They told me that the bases would be over £200 each extra I contacted.Birstalls and they said it was their mistake and hadn't realised it didn't come with the bases so they ordered them at their expense and had them sent to me. This was such a pleasant surprise and to say that they went above and beyond is an understatement.

There are a few reviews like this, which relate to not running an e-commerce platform if you're unable to maintain real-time stock levels on your website.

I purchased a Char-Broil Gas2Coal barbecue online, for £275. As it was during the January sales, I of course passed up other deals on the same item.

I subsequently received an email to say that the model I had purchased was actually out of stock, but there were alternative models available. I emailed back the same day, but apparently not soon enough to purchase any of the alternatives which had been offered - as these too had been sold.

I have had experiences where there was a long delay between placing an order and a business confirming that they could not fulfil an order, and that was not the case here. However, a business is not fit for purpose if it has no system for ensuring the items it is selling are actually in stock.

One star, I'm afraid. Birstall did not meet the minimum requirements for a business selling online, and as such I'd not be able to make a purchase from them again in the expectation that it would actually be fulfilled.

Excellent service. Ordered Friday 20th December, wasn't expecting them to arrive before Christmas but they arrived Christmas Eve.

Just want to say we booked to take grandsons to see Santa at Birstall garden centre on Sunday 1st dec
It was absolutely wonderful , the hut was designed beautifully and the Santa well what can I say , he looked like a proper Santa , not one of those Santa’s with poor fitting costume where you can see jeans underneath, this chap costume was utter amazing and what a lovely chatty Santa he was .

Excellent service from start to finish. I lost my owl umbrella a few weeks ago & wanted an exact same replacement as it was the best & strongest umbrella I'd ever owned. I managed to find the exact same one online at this place yesterday, ordered it & received it today! Thankyou very much.

Maliha was professionally courteous, warm, patient and showed a scruffy grandad pushchair systems side by side, she was really quite expert, highly recomended.

How refreshing to go into a store and talk to an assistant and look at the goods in detail, in our case pushchairs.

This company is all about money not care my daughter took her pregnant dog which had given birth to one pup but was struggling with rest off pups, gave her an injection which didn’t help so said she needed a emergency caesarean at a cost of £3500 on a Sunday night which she didn’t have so this caring company put poor Poppy to sleep with 4or 5 pups inside her and still charged £500 plus for there great service it’s left my daughter and partner heartbroken and this rubbish company in profit but in my eyes heartless,I thought vets were meant to care not here I’m afraid

Amazing customer service and very helpful.

I ordered and paid for a spare part and rang a few days later to check its status only to discover the parts are out of stock.
If I'd known I would have ordered the part from another site. Very poor service.

Ordered a replacement part online for favourite folding chair on 25th May and it arrived today 27th May!
I have ordered online from them before and they always get the order right and send it very quickly.

Excellent service and fast delivery. I bought a Masterbuilt pizza oven and a Masterbuilt portable. They phoned me to advise that the pizza oven wouldn’t fit into the portable. I have the bigger one that it fits into so I was impressed they called me to advise me of this before it was dispatched.

I bought Le Chameau Jamison from this company I cannot rate them high enough, they quickly answered questions about the calf size since I was 46cm and these are 48cm . I ordered a size 7 which have turned out a perfect fit in every way.
If only more companies were as good as theses people were to deal with!

We had a garden room installed today by Jack and Leo, two young lads who really built a cracking summer room for the garden. The Rosedale 10x8 feels like a steal. We’ve sat in it and love it. Highly recommended. Well done,lads, a cracking installation.

Excellent customer service. I ordered some accessories for my Kamado Joe on Wednesday afternoon and they were delivered on Thursday morning. The item’s were the cheapest that I could find on the internet. I would recommend this company and will be purchasing more items soon.

Over the moon with my Kamado Joe Junior, it came with lots of extras at a good price and was delivered 2 weeks ealier than expected. Very happy :)
