Fantastic experience start to finish
Fantastic experience start to finish. Website is super easy to navigate and it was easy to select the right size for the suit jackets and pants. I appreciated the continuous email updates regarding the status of the order. Suits arrived and I was very pleased with the quality of the material and the complimentary suit bags are such an added bonus. I did order the wrong size for a jacket and vest but the return process is seamless as well. I will definitely recommend Birdy Grey to others.

Sample are beautiful, 3rd party shipper is not
The fabric samples are beautiful, I am planing to use Birdy Grey for my bridal part, the groom's party as well as out flower girl and ring berer. I do have to ensure that Birdy Grey has the size for young children, which is the next step of my deep dive on Birdy Grey. My only issue is with the carrier they went through, GOFO. When I receive my package through my elderly family member, I was informed that the package was thrown at her, the driver go into their vehicle and left. Not the fault of Birdy Grey. Birdy Grey's customer service team went ahead and changed my next order that was being shipped out to be under another shipping service to help avoid another incident. I appreciate and thank Birdy Gery for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
