I have been using this company to supply me with their Jasmine and Lychee tea for several years now. Unfortunately, they disappointed me once. There was an occasion when I had to complain about the unusual amount of debris/dust left at the bottom of the pack I had just finished. Regrettably, they defended themselves by saying that it was normal for a little debris/dust to be left at the end of a pack. This response upset me as I felt they disbelieved me that on this occasion there was more than the usual amount, so I stopped ordering from them for a time. However, the quality of their tea and being unable to find a new supplier led me back to them. I have had satisfactory service ever since.

Always roasted perfectly and great flavours, esp the perthshire and Strathmore roasts. Quicky delivery once ordered and packaged perfectly to keep whole beans fresh until you need to grind. Cannot fault.
