Love it!

Love my Birdfy! So much fun watching the various birds who visit each day. I love that the birds are identified and the constant updates of the species captured.
The speaker allows me to scare squirrels away or make birds turn towards the camera.

I’ve had my Birdfy feeder for a couple…

Started Christmas 2025 as a gift and now addicted

I was given my 1st Birdfy Feeder Cam2 for Christmas by my lovely brother. This was the perfect gift for me as I no longer have to grab my camera, hide and shoot what turned out to be blurred photos. Within minutes ROBINS, Bluetits, Greatits, Coaltits arrived. Days later a first for me, Nuthatch, Siskin and Long tailed Tits too. The unit itself is so well designed, the attention to aesthetics is pleasing too. The attachments have been well thought out and versatile. Customer Services is tiptop with great communication and assistance. AI, whilst not perfect is really good at recognition….as a Data Analyst, it is about Machine Learning; so the more feedback Birdfy receive if misidentified the better the AI will be. The solar panels have kept the battery fully charged. The Dual Camera is brilliant as capturing close up/follow me whilst the wider angle cam is very crisp. If I needed one other item it would be a cage type attachment (have mocked up my own) to stop Pigeons, Magpies, Starlings and Crows from vegetating all day.
Since Christmas I purchased the Ebony Feeder, Ebony Bird Box (for nesting) and a Birdfeeder (Blue roof and white plastic) and bought a cage they sell and seed tray. The birdcage still lets in Starlings and the Pigeon found its head could fit…so I moved the perch as the little birds cope without it. The App is fantastic too….the outputs per visit are a selection of 2 videos and still shots. Whilst the BirdNest Box (hanging one) has the various phrases of nesting. I am currently at Prelude Mode where birds are looking for their ideal house. Other phases are Nesling, Brooding, Nestling, Fledgling.
You can buy lifetime AI ID or some come with the device for free. I purchased cloud to store favourite photos otherwise you get limited free monthly storage that rolls each month.

Do i like them…..nope, I love then 💖 🎥

SCAMMED!

I received an offer from your mystery shopper marketing department to purchase and review a new product (Jolly 5 birdbath) from a leading US technology store. In turn I was supposed to receive a refund for the entire purchase price of almost $150 afterI reviewed it. No further information was givenat that time. I purchased your Jolly 5 and reached out several times asking for how and where to review to the initial offer, I sent emails to secret shopper offer, to customer service email, and finally after receiving no response I phoned customer service. They promised to reach out to the mystery shopper department where I would receive a response within 48 hours. That was over two weeks ago and I have not heard a word from your company. LUCKY, I returned the expensive unopened POC to the company I purchased from and because I am a regular customer they refund my money and sent your junk back. A company that pulls this marketing scam to make a few sales can't be trusted to do any business. BUYER BEWARE, if their marketing department does this, what else will the company do to peddle their junk.

We enjoy watching the birds on our birdfly. We also have other guests that visit our feeder, such as squirrels and raccoons. We had to order another perch because a fat squirrel broke the original one.

Birdify is fraudulently selling…

Birdify is fraudulently selling unnecessary 3rd party shipping insurance.

Their checkout button initially loads as 'Check out' then transforms into that button agreeing the purchase of the purchase shortly after. It would seem if a user clicks the button relatively quickly it's possible for it to be added to the cart without the intention or realisation they have made this purchase.

This fraudulent service doesn't offer any benefits in the UK.

I will be raising this with the UK trading standard. This is false selling and disgraceful.

This was a great purchase

This was a great purchase. I happened to see this bird feeder on a YouTube video. There is U.K. fellow remodeling an old house in Italy. Very interesting. But on one of the videos he was putting up a bird feeder. I did a freeze frame and took a photo of the box. Then enlarged it. I read the name of the company and the model he had. Easy. I went to the website and ordered it. I got the cedar wood model and it's beautiful. Initially, I had it in the wrong location. I contacted support when I didn't have any bird visits. I was told that I should move the bird feeder closer to a tree if I could. I did that. That's what I had to do. In no time I was being alerted that the birds were feeding. I opened the app and looked at the videos. There were two birds at the feeder. They continue to come all hours of the day and evening. I go through about a gallon of bird feed every week, maybe every 8 days. The birds really do take advantage of the food. Other birds see them there and they kind of wait in the tree until a place opens up. It's really interesting to watch them. This was one of the best purchases I've made for my backyard. The video camera is 4k and it's very clear, but so is the speaker. I can hear them eating away or just singing with each other. It's just a nice feeling to go out in back and see these guys enjoying the feeder.
