Scam! Received a cheap plastic bicycle pump not the digital electronic pump that was advertised.
Total Fraud! Do not buy, I purchased and after waiting approx two months, I received a plastic $12 hand pump.
Adding our experience with Birden / Yinglian Trading Co Ltd. / 24h4u.store. Ordered a portable wireless smart air pump on 30.04.20, with expedited shipping. They emailed on 03.05.2020 to say it has been shipped. Package received 7 weeks later on 23.06.2020 via China Post "small packet by surface". Sent a cheap plastic air pump. Their website has been taken down and they do not answer emails. Have disputed the transaction with Mastercard.
UPDATE: They answered my email on 28.06.20. They told me to return the item to China at my own cost for a full refund or accept a 50% discount. I refused both options. They also refuse to refund via Paypal because (in their words): "For providing you with our best service, we are not advised to refund you on PayPal, since they ask for the tracking information of returns and also when we receive your returns then they will refund you. It will cause a very long period of refund". They then promised a full refund on 02.07.20 in 3-5 business days. Nothing. Then when I followed up on 17.07.20 they promised to action the refund immediately and for me to check in 2-3 business days. Still no refund.
LATEST UPDATE: They refunded the charge to my credit card (I used PayPal to complete the transaction but don’t have a PayPal account so the refund went to the credit card I used for the purchase). This same credit card was blocked a short while later as the credit card provider detected an attempt at a fraudulent purchase of several hundred pounds!
Shame I can’t give them less then one star also got send a plastic pump why does Facebook allow them to advertise? They are just Chinese con merchants in the uk trading standards would close them down and prosecute them
I wouldn't even give them one star it's just a con I was expecting some sort of of electric car pump that you charge up they gave me a bicycle pump which I could buy for £3 in a expensive shop in Manchester £1 in the pound shop probably a dollar in the dollar store in the USA and if you google them and they're reviews you will see that they've done it multiple times then probably like what they did with me say send it back and we will refund you knowing that I am not going to pay the cost it would cost more than the item is so probably with no guarantee that I will get my money back complete and utter con
Sorry to say that I was cheated in just the same way by Birden/24hforu.store
The shop seems to be closed.
I ordered a wireless fashion design…
I ordered a wireless fashion design portable wireless smart air pump. The claim was that it could be loaded via USB and could then be used repeatedly to pump up bicycle or car tyres. What was delivered ... is a normal, plastic pump that you have to pump by hand.

Not saying there a scam!? 🤔, but I put down this number on Google, 800 693-2885, strange as in UK it be 0800, not just that!?, I read on trust market, this number related to other scam companies aparantly... Birden, Selling new electric pump, saying half price I'd stick to ebay, after what I've read about same number strange they don't change number... This is my free review... dam so close, on hitting buy button, it has a lock 🔒 also, maybe legite, but why same number I've seen other people complaining different company, not worth the risk... Especially, just for £20,00,makes U think 🤔, are they scamming out money from PayPal, say £0.10 out of people's account not noticing... that's alot of money... Stay safe... People... 👍, checked elsewhere, apparently its a new website domain, and apparently countries that alot of scams from, strange how Facebook let's this happens...ps, it's still on Facebook, now - Itchy name, what they are doing, is changing details, etc, Rob a few people, change name etc, and do it again.... Hope maybe trust pilot, might contact Facebook about this, they might be better than just little old me, I know Facebook, runs on adverts, but surely don't run of scams!? 🤔... or makes u think 🤔, is it someone in Facebook...
