Great product and even better after sales support

My solar fitter used BirdBlocker products to surround our panels on a house on the Scottish Island of Colonsay...probably the windiest place in Europe!

Unfortunately, one of the panels was not fitted correctly and blew off in a storm.

The BirdBlocker Customer Service Team not only replied to my email immediately, but mailed a replacement panel and clips to me the same day!

If only all companies treated their customers like this!

Great product and customer service

Absolutely perfect customer service! We have been installing the BirdBlocker for a while now for many customers with a great success. This is a great, durable and innovative solution that is super efficient and unlike other products it actually work. We had an issue with an old version of the product installed at one of our customers. The customer service provided an immediate support solving the problem with one working day. I wish we had this kind of quality of a product and client support everywhere!

Great addition to my solar panel system

The company we asked to advise us on a solar system really went out of their way to give us the best, most worry-free system in the world. This started with listening to our ideas and really gave us all the technical options and knowledge to make good and sensible choices. BirdBlocker just made sense to us! It looks great on the solar panels and protects us from any problems. Because we had it installed at the same time with the panels we even got a tax-break on it in the Netherlands.

Jackdaws and Pigeons swarm around our neighbourhood all day and its good to know that they cannot ever get in. The fact that the temperature under our solar panels is actually a danger to the birds, their eggs and their young, makes it even more logical to get BirdBlocker. Why go for a green solution but stop at protecting the wildlife, right?

The fact that BirdBlocker believes in their product to the point that they offer a ten year warranty on their products gave us a really good feeling. Even in the last storms it stayed on there very secure.

All in all a great product which I can certainly recommend!
