Everything was great from order placement through the delivery process. Unfortunately, the birds didn't leave...I tried multiple settings and the birds just stand next to the device while it is going off.

I would really like to return the product.

I own outside storage for boats, campers and RV's. Birds were roosting and messing up everything. But Bird-Be- Gone solved the problem.

Easy to deal with company and they provide a good, functional product.

Put on the top of my cruiser and the Lake Erie gulls leave me alone!! Very happy with this product.

Product works great and it wad a prompt delivery.

Received my order as promised. Haven't installed the bird spikes yet, but I'm confident that they have the best products for bird eviction.

Slow delivery and mounting base and screws are from different planets

I ordered the plastic spikes for my boat. The birds are a major problem. I put 4 2' sections on the bimini in retracted position so the spikes cover the area perfectly. I have 4 more to go on the windshield. Just figured out how to attach them. The birds have not landed on the bimini and I expect the same will be the case for the windshield.

Great product, however shipping costs much too high $30.00 for 16 pound package is ridiculous, shipping speed very slow also especially for the shipping fee.

Plastic Bird Spikes 3" width 10-feet Clear BBG2000-3-10CLR plus adhesive glue arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. Loose fitted the spikes at their new home. Didn't use any glue at this point. Haven't seen a bird. Since the spikes seem effective, next I'll try a more permanent install with the glue.

I have a boat with folded bimini on a lift (sits up high) and a lot of trouble with birds roosting and related droppings. Called "B-B-G" website number and was told to go to West Marine. Did so, but they were out of desired sizes, so ordered directly from "B-B-G." Packages arrived and on time. Unfortunately, one of those ordered was not big enough, so went back to "WM" and purchased a larger size which was in stock. Installed on foredeck and it seems to be working OK and covers the bow rail. Haven't installed the bimini 6 ft yet. Still have an unopened 6ft, but not feasible to return to "B-B-G" cost wise. Bottom line is so far so good and I am pleased with the product.

Geese are still coming on to grassy areas, but not as often as before.

It may have helped a little bit right away, but after a couple of days, the birds were eating the grass again. Maybe a heavier dose would be more effective? We went with the lowest 12 oz/acre as a trial. There are other spots we could have used it if this trial went well.

The ordering part was easy, I figured out how to mount my Bird-be-gone on my boat and the seagulls have not bothered me yet. I have them on for 1 week and so far it is a success. Going to add a few more for piece of mind. I am very happy so far ...!!!

They did a great job - fast. Very knowledgeable and their products and design absolutely work. No more seagulls sun bathing in our swimming pool.

I have been dealing with Geese on my lawn for 8 years and I have tried everything. So far with Bird B Gone I have had 6 days with out a visitor!! I am hoping the streak continues!! Thank you Bird B Gone.

The crows no longer use my grandchildren's swing set as a bathroom. Problem solved.
