I needed PI insurance - they led me a merry dance suggesting thet could knock over £11K off my quoted premium - then when asked ot confirm this quote would not change stated they couldn't be sure and then emailed - I am going to gracefully withdraw and ALLOW you to pick up discussions with Hera to finalise your renewal - why did they get involved - why did they interfere if they could not actually achieve what they said they could - do not go near them

I am delighted with the renewal of my IFA renewal organised through Toby Reeves at Birchin.
I previously felt that we were being over charged by our previous broker and insurer and so I contacted several other brokers as well as my original broker at the same time. Toby organised a zoom call with the insurer and this better enabled the insurer to understand our business and for me to be more confident in make the switch to a new insurer and broker. We have saved a substantial amount of cost without increasing excesses.
