Been with them for three years. On the rare occasions I have needed support, Greg has been there incredibly quickly and helpful - even when, as now, I asked for advice on leaving the service, as I am giving up web work. Excellent!

Having inherited the legacy of my late partner's web and IT support, Birch Hosting has helped me manage the complex domain and hosting puzzle. Initially, soon after the death of my partner when I was in no state to get my head around the various domains and hosting packages, BH immediately simplified access to information and got me to a point that I could continue to maintain all of the accounts.
Over the subsequent two and half years I've progressively shed control of clients' websites and email but have a residue of our own sites and email to rationalised.
Following a 50 minute support call, a plan to consolidate sites into a cost effective solutions is now in train.
BH is our preferred provider for all domains and hosting; the longer term plan is to migrate all the the remaining domains and webhosting to Birch.

Probably the best hosting support in the country. I've recommended and used Birch Hosting for multiple sites and multiple clients and they are always helpful and efficient, often going beyond what we as a client might reasonably expect. There are other pile it high and sell it cheap hosts which might look better value and maybe they are if you never have a problem or need help with anything. For everyone else, I'd recommend Birch Hosting.
