Birchbox just got better after they stopped for a few months. There are way more full size and bigger samples now. Love it

I'm starting to enjoy my Birchbox so much more.

not sure there is a real value any longer. I started with Birchbox when the boxes were 10.00 a month- today they are 20.00 or more. Finding samples that are dried out and unusable ( mascara, liquid eyeshadow), or perfume samples missing the perfume ( sm. spray sample)- receiving products already sent perhaps a year or two ago such as jade face roller, dry skin brush- i have been considering cancelling my membership on more than one occasion.

I get a lot of repeat items, and some of the items I won’t use ( not very good). I get Ipsy bocces and allure boxes for about the same price and they have great products and they don’t repeat items.

This is my mail order membership. I have been a member off and on since 2010

The customer service agent was super helpful in answering my questions and following up. I look forward to my Birchbox every month!

Love the variety and quality of the products.

I like that Birchbox provides a wide selection based on my preferences. Many of the products I can select are top quality. Th customization email allows me to choose what I want but if I forget or can't that month I know I will still get great items. I also like that I can purchase a larger version. I feel the description provided with each item is very helpful and I like that I can 'like' my favorites. The website is easy to navigate too. I still get excited to get my box each month even after many years.

I like that my box gets delivered on time every month and that I get bigger samples.

Just wish the ‘fancy’ boxes that you used to send would come back 😊

I get too many repeats of same things. I have like 5 samples of the exact same lotion, or 7 samples of the exact same body oil. They really need to branch out and get new stuff and look into customers history orders

I'm not very in the know for makeup or skin care. With birchbox it tells you how to use the product and what it does and where to get it. It really is great especially with being able to try something without wasting a whole item if you don't like it.

I think more selections would be nice and there are alot of times what I want is out so with that said not that happy probably will cancel at the end of the year.

I've been with Birchbox for years and love meeting new products! Hiccups are rare and when they occur customer service has always replied quickly and solved my problem. Cutting edge new on the market products in every box.

I enjoy receiving and being introduced to new items.

It's great to get a box of surprises every month. My only critique is for the price sometimes it seems like we should get more . But I do enjoy what I get

I have enjoyed most of the products and being able to try different products.

Sending the same things too often. I tried to get on this week to change my profile and could not find the area to put what I like such as more nail polish, maybe perfume, etc. And really the samples seem to have gotten smaller through the years even though the price has gone up. I had originally marked that I like skin care, but it is none stop every month.

Love Birchbox so much. I have been loyal since day 1. However I want to be able to shop from the monthly deals you roll out but every time it says can’t ship to Texas at checkout. Please fix this. You’re missing out on selling your products monthly with this restriction. Thank you 😊

Customer service has always been great! Every time I have had an issue, big or small, Birchbox's customer service has been great. I am pleased with the entire process and they make it easy to contact them. I have been with Birchbox, off and on for many years and I have never had an issue.
