Fast shipping.
Good cases, using their smartshell 5 for roughly 5 months and my phone has survived some nasty falls.
The case itself was scratched in each fall which proves that the case serves its purpose, aka absorbing part of each crash.
The packaging was as advertised, bio-friendly.
Also got a case with the leather attachment and it's genuine and smells as such! Equally long period of time and it shows the durability of leather compared to traditional plastic cheap alternatives that fall apart within a month or lose their colour.
Also using them with the wrist strap and so far so good.
Caveats? Well the adapter for the wrist strap seems to be losing threads, but it's still working as advertised so I won't remove any star.
Genuinely happy, and I wish to interact with them again in 6 years where I'll probably be getting my new fairphone!

The case looks qualitative, however little crack already
The case looks qualitative, very tight to the phone and good grip. The delivery was very fast. However I drop my phone and there is a little crack in the case already (some days after I bought it), in the lower left corner, where one of the openings is.

The case and hand strap both seem…
The case and hand strap both seem great! One little con is that it was extremely difficult to get the phone out of the case. Hopefully I won't need to remove it often.

Order arrived fast and even the packaging was composable! This company really focuses on being environmentally friendly.

Outstanding service
I've used the SmartShell 5 for almost a year and it protected my phone well, even after a few drops.
Recently it fell on a concrete road and cracked. However my phone was undamaged, not even a tiny scratch, so it did its job.
I asked the customer service to give a discount on a replacement, but instead they shipped me a new one for free.
The whole process was easy and smooth. A reference for most other online shops.

Small break a few days after reception
Just a few days after I received my case, I accidentally dropped my phone on the edge of my nightstand. Unfortunately it fell on its side where the on/off button is located and where the case is the thinnest. A small piece (1.5cm * 0.5cm) of the case broke off which leaves a small portion of the edge of my phone unprotected.
Otherwise, for other falls on flat surfaces the case withstanded the shock.

Top customer service and Fairphone case, but the wrist strap is HUGE
I'm leaving 5 stars because this is supposed to be a review of Biowaves as a company and my experience with them was really good: They helped me out when my post office lost the package and reached out offering a return after I didn't like their wrist strap.
The wrist strap would get one or two stars from me though: It attaches to the phone so it does the job (and in the absence of alternatives I decided to keep it), but it is much too big and much too stiff for my liking. The pictures on the website somehow don't communicate at all just how large it is. (Though to be fair, the size is given in the description.)
