Very negative experience

Ordered 3 puzzles, received the wrong thing. I contacted customer service and despite multiple emails and months in the process, I was never able to get a refund, nor the products I actually ordered.

Scam

Scam: I ordered 3 boxes of Medium size and after waiting for 1 month I finally received them but in Small size. I paid more than 50 euro for very cheap plywood puzzles packaged in ugly plastic cover boxes from China. The ink of the puzzles was faded and stick to fingers as well.

I ordered three wooden puzzles

I ordered three wooden puzzles. One for my parents in their eighties, one for a disabled friend, and one for myself. They are tiny. The rooster is very faded. I’ve tried emailing them, the email won’t send. I spent £50 on two jigsaws with one free.
Why don’t I learn to check the reviews!

SCAM - avoid shopping here

I was stupid enough to click on a link for wooden puzzle from a facebook advertisement. It's a scam, please don't make the mistake i made. You are sent fake imitation plywood puzzle pieces, in plastic tupplewear. I ordered 6 medium sized puzzles, and received 6 small tiny puzzles and they are random puzzles, not the ones i had selected on my order.

The company is based in China, they do not answer the phone, and do not respond to emails. Avoid this website, and dont buy from here. They will not provide a refund or exchange of goods.
