I had a long journey with healing from eating disorders and struggled hitting my protein goal. I tried many brands of whey until I discovered Biotech. Now it is the only one I can drink without feeling bloated and the flav are amazing.

Serious loyalty point discrepancy and suspicious customer service behavior
We are extremely disappointed with BioTechUSA’s loyalty program and customer support. For years, my partner has been providing an email address at physical stores for loyalty points, and staff consistently confirmed they "saw" the account in their system. However, we recently discovered that no such account actually exists.
This raises a serious suspicion of recurring fraud: where have these points been going for years if the account never existed? It seems likely that points were being diverted by staff to other accounts.
Despite trying to resolve this with Customer Support for over two weeks, they have repeatedly downplayed the issue and failed to provide a meaningful response. Furthermore, they have denied my multiple requests to escalate this matter to a supervisor or senior manager. This lack of transparency and accountability regarding a potential internal abuse is unacceptable.
