Biossance is an essential part of my skincare!
I shop for all my skincare products online and have for years. The Biossance web page is easy to navigate and is thorough with the ingredients and how to use the product. I appreciate the many deals as well!
The only disappointment I have experienced today while shopping was there was no jumbo size available in the Squalane + amino aloe cleanser so I couldn't take advantage of the current sale 🙃

Biossance skin care products cannot be beat for the quality!
I have purchased so many Biossance products and they are all lovely on my skin. My favorite is the Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil. I have used a lot of products on my mature, dry skin but nothing compares to how well my skin looks after I apply this product, especially the fine lines under my eyes & the crepey skin under my brow area.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order (755948243), only to receive an email shortly after saying it was canceled without any explanation. When I tried to log into my account, it no longer existed, which is extremely concerning.
I contacted customer support, and they were unable to provide any answers. Instead, they asked me to wait 3–5 days while they “investigate,” which is unacceptable, especially since this was a time-sensitive Mother’s Day order.
For context, I used a valid US credit card, a US address, and placed the order while physically in the USA. There is no clear reason for canceling the order and deleting my account. The lack of transparency and urgency is very disappointing.
At this point, I can’t help but question whether my name (Mohamed) triggered some kind of unnecessary flag in their system, which makes the situation even more concerning given how it was handled, including deleting my account.
Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere

I love your products... but
I love your products - getting them delivered has been painful though. Uni Uni has an issue delivering to my address (an apartment) or my friends house a safe place to leave packages on the front steps. It's super frustrating and has me looking for a product alternative.

You sent me a VIP notification for a free full size product and a 20% off coupon for my order. This was outstanding until I attempted to use them. Your system would not allow both which annoyed me and left me purchasing much less than if you would have honored both. I did not feel much like a VIP.

For whatseems like a few months, I’ve been getting these offers for a free full size VIP gift if I spend $75. I was under the impression tha I had till midnight this evening. I spent at least a half hour trying to figure out how to redeem my gift after putting more than $75 worth of purchases on my account. I put the code in several times, and was always told that it was invalid. I checked it a couple of times and it was what you had sent me. Anyhow, I spent more than $75 tonight. I love the eye cream
I love the eye cream! So soothing and non irritating even if I get it in my eyes. The omega cream is nice. I have had trouble more than once with discount codes and customer service replied but couldn’t resolve it. One representative did clarify an O instead of zero. After weeks I figured out it was an I not a one or lower case L. Seriously do they need to be like this for a repeat customer or a new customer ??? I lost out on some bonus offers and will probably seek out some different products . Customer support is not the problem, It’s the discount codes and it is not like the products are inexpensive Really why frustrate your customers? Sincerely Jeanne
