I got scammed, no items no refund, stop buying from them

I got scammed for over 140 euros after 3 months of e mailing stil no refund i hope other people that also got scammed togheter wit me can file a complainment to get the scammer websute down he said we wil refund ur mony hut i never got it back

There was a very long period between order and delivery – 12 days. The products arrived in perfect condition. However, I believe the extended delivery time should be clearly stated for each product, in order to be fair to customers.

Ordered 60 boxes of coconut water, received only 50 out of 60, and they do not understand this situation. I have sent emails over emails, but I didnt't manage to have a resolution on this. The review is written for Bioshi Poland

VERY BAD SERVICE. AFTER 7 DAYS, THE COMMAND IS NOT SEND YET !!! No answer.
But for the money, you must pay immediatly

I ordered from bioshi24.ro—they took my money, but I never received the products. I had ordered some organic coconut juices.

I received unsealed empty product, I was informed that I will receive a refund and nobody answered after that to any of my follow up emails. Very unprofessional.

Didn't receive my product. No phone to call and ask for support. They don’t reply to emails. Big scam. Don’t ever buy from them.

Got only half of my order. Sent them mail about that. They asked me to send a picture of what I got. Did it. After that - silence. Never again.

I thought I am ordering from my country, but after I received a weird broken lithuanian language letter from customer service I understood that this is Polish company.
Unhappy, too long, I feel cheated. I just want my money back!

Firstly, I thought I ordered from a local website, turns out that this company is in Poland.
Unhappy about customer service. Had to wait for 3 weeks for my order, got no help from them, I had to keep sending mails to find out why my shipment was stuck at the carrier. Apparently there were broken bottles in the box so they held it back.
When I finally did receive it, it was a box full of broken glass. I did get a refund for the 4 bottles that were gone but the rest of the order was also covered in tiny glass splinters and some of it not safely usable (splinters under the corks)
Had to clean up for an hour and cannot use several items of my order, for which I got no refund. Well I got a 15% off my next order, but that won't happen.

I have ordered from this site Bioshi24.hu for the 1st time. After I placed the order I searched for reviews (just in the right order hahhaha) and read some really scary ones here that this site is fake, etc..
I got quite panicked as bought spirulina, chlorella, camu camu etc, bio superfoods for close to 100 euros. expensive stuff.
They took a bit of delay sending the package (3 days), but answered my email right away when asked why it was delayed and it was expedited on the same day. Just got the package and the quality of the superfood powders seems to be very good, they taste great.
They offered the best price for these organic superfoods in Hungary. (I searched carefully as want to integrate these supplements into my diet and use them on a daily basis, as recommended by Darin Olien)
I was even offered 15% off for my 1st purchase + free shipment, so it was a really good deal.
I do recommend them and will buy again.

My order eventually delivered yesterday after many weeks of delay. This was largely outside the control of Bioshi. The culprit for the delays was the courier GLS🤬
I hope to reorder in future with Bioshi who’s customer service is exemplary.

I admit I was rather sceptical about this site at first, as they have very bad reviews here. However, my experience with them was very good - I have received all the products I ordered, very well packed (olive oil bottles). It is true I did not receive the parcel in 2 days, but in 10, which is quite normal actually, given the distance Poland-Romania. I have ordered on bioshi24.ro, not bioshi24.hu, but seemingly they are the same company.

Pls dont buy through this website. Its fake!!

Didn't receive my product. Paypal canceled the order cus no payment went through but the company took my money..
