Ordered some boxes for my market stall. Order went through but after a month nothing had come, so I checked in and they said the item was on back order. Didnt let me know. Customer service didn't apologise, and told me to wait. couldnt package my mushrooms for the market, LOST A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS IN SALES. NOT IMPRESSED
