Worst buy ever. Got 2 bracelets, not working properly, no answer from customer services since I asked for return. Save your money and run away from these scammers

​I bought a wristband from Bionny, and the quality is ridiculously cheap—you can get the exact same item on Temu for £20.
​When I tried to return it, they provided a fake address.

I spent £15 sending it back via registered post, only for the package to be returned straight to me. Now, they have completely ignored my emails and stopped responding altogether.

Please note all positive reviews are not genuine they are fake most have only 1 or 2 reviews history are sure tell sign.

Really good experience with bionny. My health has started improving after i started monitoring this.

I was at a crossroads with my health and I had researched lifestyle monitors and Bionny 4.0 ticked all the boxes and with it being subscription free for life, it was a definite no brainer. I charge my device every 3months or when it tells me it needs charging. I wear my device 24 hours a day, my health is improving day by day because I know exactly what my blood pressure is on an hourly basis, so I can evaluate trends, sleep patterns, Oxygen saturation levels, stress levels the benefits are amazing.

DO NOT BUY!! Fraudulent company! I never received my product and when I contacted the company to let them know, their delivery service was unable to deliver. They basically said it’s not their problem and to take it up with the delivery service. And I explained that the delivery company was unable to deliver it. They still said it wasn’t their problem. I never received a refund nor have I received the product. I am still fighting with them for a refund. All they keep saying is we haven’t received that product back so there’s nothing we can do. Very rude and dishonest company. Don’t waste your time or money.

I had bought one from Temu for 16 euros and decided to buy the Bionny thinking it would be different. It's exactly the SAME, even the same app, same charger, same design, everything is the same.

The product is total Chinese crap!
We put it on, it doesn't fit, take it off immediately, and they don't take it back anymore.

Don't buy this! It doesn't look anything like the pictures.

It is a great band! It gives me the information so easily. If I don’t feel like looking or keeping track I will just see it when I am ready.
I like the fact that there are no more fees to pay after the initial investment! What more can I say!

Lately I’ve had some health concerns and so has my GP , blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar monitoring and sleep apnea diagnosis, I’ve researched other lifestyle monitors and they all require monthly expensive subscriptions, Bionny was the exception to the rule and is subscription free for life win win situation.

I'm positively surprised how many functions Bionny offers, especially when you want to record a sport activity-many more than regular watch:-) I have compared the results of the training also with the device we use at the gym and it was pretty accurate. I would definitely recommend:-)

Bionny is something you should have; the wristband is lightweight and functional. It offers many features, such as oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and stress levels. I recommend it – Tadeusz.

I have been using Bionny for a few weeks and I am genuinely impressed by how much it helps me understand my body in a simple and motivating way. The interface is clear and the data are not just incomprehensible numbers, but concrete insights about sleep, recovery and muscular effort that I can really use in my everyday life.

Nice app and design of bracelet but is very unstable in sending/receiving data from the bracelet, have to restart it 1-2 times a day

It would be great to see more updates, as choosing the right option for gym workouts is currently a bit confusing.

Everything is awesome, Except the app. The Bionny has really good sensors, is very light and the battery lasts forever. The app QWatch pro is not that good visually and the measurements can be a little bit confusing. A recovery measurement would be a great addition.
