Bionic For The Win

9Months in and going strong

I have now been using Bioniq Pro for around 9 months and I’ve been really impressed with the experience. The personalised approach based on blood test results gives me real confidence in what I’m taking, and the convenience of the monthly packs makes it effortless to stay consistent. I have been very pleased with my…

I have been very pleased with my experience with Bioniq and especially with Sara in client relations. They have worked with me in answering all my questions, addressing any concerns I have had about my test results and tweaking my formula with me prior to shipping it out. I had been dealing with very low iron levels for a while. I could not find an iron supplement that I could tolerate and decided to try Bioniq’s unique formula. I started with Bioniq Go and then upgraded to the Pro version because I wanted to have more complete information with the blood test and personalized formula. They worked with me to find the right combination for a formula geared to raising my iron level. I am happy to say that after 7 months on the formula my iron levels have dramatically improved, I am feeling so much better, and I have had zero problems in digesting the extra iron. With blood testing every 3-6 months I am able to have my next round of the formula changed to meet my current levels in all areas. I highly recommend the experience and recommend the Pro experience so that your formula is made uniquely for you and your current needs.

Like Static in my mouth

The concept of this vitamin program is excellent, but I think the granules are very hard to get used to. If you take a spoonful in your mouth it's like little balls floating and sticking everywhere in your gums and teeth like static electricity, and it's a terrible pain to wash them down. You're forced to crunch them and I just want to get them out. For the price of these every month, I strongly think there should be a capsule or powder option. Since they lock you in to a 3 month auto renewal contract, and sneakily send your 3 month supply up front, I was forced to pay off all three months to cancel my subscription! Why not send these monthly and allow someone the chance to cancel after one month? I have been brainstorming ideas of how I could actually swallow these things to get the benefits of my tailored recipe... With no success yet.

The easiest and most effective way to take the granules is to place the spoonful directly on the tongue and swallow with plenty of water. Most members find that when taken this way, the granules don’t stick to the teeth or gums and are easy to swallow without discomfort.

We understand that texture preferences can vary, and while the granule format is intentional to allow for precise personalization and ingredient stability, we recognise it may take some adjustment for some people.

We’d also like to clarify that our 3-month plan and delivery details are clearly outlined at checkout prior to purchase. That said, we appreciate you sharing how this felt from your perspective and have passed this feedback on internally.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Bioniq’s business practices. I made a one-time purchase only because I am highly allergic and wanted to try the product once to see if I had any reaction. I would never agree to a 3-month subscription without first testing a product like this.

Without my clear consent, Bioniq charged me again and claimed I had purchased a 3-month supply, which is absolutely not true. As soon as I noticed the second charge, I tried to cancel. I was forced to call a UK phone number that no one answered, and I sent multiple emails explaining the situation.

Eventually, they replied insisting that I agreed to a 3-month purchase. To make matters worse, they sent me to collections for $75.

This is not about the $75 — it’s about principle. I never even tried the product because I lost all trust in the company the moment, I saw how they handle customers. The experience felt dishonest and misleading, and it raises serious concerns about how they operate.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
