I purchased a bionic Spotlight from Lowe's because the outside packaging stated it was all weather. You can image my surprise when on the inside it said frost may damage the unit and to bring it in during the fall and winter months because the unit may not work as well. The only way it is all weather is if you live in Florida or California!!! TO ME THAT IS FALSE REPRESENTATION OF A PRODUCT! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
