Placed the order but the app wasn't working for android users. followed up for multiple weeks always getting a response that it will be fixed in one week but it never did. Eventually had to cancel the order. its a shame when you are selling such a high ticket item and cant maintain one app

I like the bionic gym but I purchased replacement pads (as they run out with use) on the 14th November which have still not arrived by the 8th December. For context the bionic gym took five days to arrive. The support available is lukewarm. In summary, the kit is good. The customer service is asleep.
Update: it is the 23rd December and the pads haven’t arrived. I’ve had one update from UPS to say no one was in at 3 in the morning (?!) and another saying my address was incomplete after I verified it for bionic gym. I’ve had no further feedback from bionic gym. You have to replace these pads every so often and if I had known the faff involved I wouldn’t have bought the bionic gym. They say you need an acclimatisation period to see an impact, mine has been invalidated by missing kit and it’s affected my perspective of the company sufficiently I’m thinking about selling. Buyer beware of lack of support. The focus is entirely on you buying the big ticket item and not maintaining customer loyalty.
Edit 6th Jan 24 - I have had a decent reply from bionic gym who were sincere in an apology and shared some staff have been let go and they are working on streamlining the customer service experience. They were totally transparent about the difficulties with my parcel and have sent another one which I can confirm has arrived expediently. Credit where credit is due, I was spoken to with decency and transparency and their promises were kept. If this is their new approach I am much more convinced to continue with the product and engagement with the company, star rating increased. Fair enough bionic gym! Thanks for helping sort it.

Update 12/2: the product was delivered on 12/1.
Update 11/30: I just received a response. I am waiting for my order to be reshipped. I will provide another update once I see movement of my order again.
I would like to share my experience with BionicGym's customer service which, unfortunately, has been less than satisfactory so far. I placed an order on November 12th, and up to this point, it is unfulfilled with the status showing that only a shipping label has been created. It has been in this status since day one of placing the order. To this day, they tracking number is only showing that a label was created.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the support team through email, live chat, and phone calls, my inquiries have gone unanswered. I acknowledge that delays can happen, but the lack of communication has been disheartening.
On November 22nd I reached out on their chat and recieved a response that I would be contacted in 48 hours. No response as of yet. On November 24th, I called, but no one answered. On November 27th I reached out via email and I received a generic response stating that a ticket had been created and would be addressed within 24-48 hours. However, this time frame has elapsed as well without any update, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order.
Transparency and communication are critical components of customer service, especially when issues arise. My experience thus far has demonstrated a need for improvement in these areas. I am still hopeful for a resolution and await an expedient and informative response from BionicGym.

It's the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned. I've lost 20lbs on two separate occasions when using it consistently. It is not pleasant to use but it does make exercise possible while watching TV. I highly recommend it. Glad I bought it.

you have to use these units and be reasonably persistent in using them to experience the benefits. When the penny drops and you begin to feel a change you wont stop using the Bionic Gym.

I have not had an issue other than the connection cord, the longer one, stopped working recently. Glad you sent 2 cables from the beginning so i am using the shorter one until my replacement arrives.
The stitching could be better or the glue, whatever holds the velcro on the tips that act as the latch to hold the pads on.
For the record, i have always been in good physical condition. I have had it for 3 months or so and i am very pleased. I definitely have more muscle recruitment (deeper Contractions) when i do other things such as running, kettlebells, ect. My legs are increasingly becoming more toned. This device fits really well into my work from home life, and helps me stay on top of my fitness goals. I use to do a lot of cardio, I was running an 8min mile at one point, but I reprioritized my workouts due to work/life balance. This device really gives me the (I ran) feeling and conditioning i want my legs to have without me pounding the pavement for hours. I do still go run on the weekends and my times are improving back toward my 8 min mile. The quality of the product is good over all.

The leg wraps don't fit correctly, I'm 4"11 I tried aligning them as said but no luck. I contacted customer service "which is only through email/ No phone call"they said yes they can accept the product back. And when they received it I got a message saying they are keeping $124.00 of the refund because they are not able to resell the product that has been used for 2 seconds. Everything was returned in perfect condition, including the box it came in, additional I had to ship it in another box because they won't allow their box to be used for shipping, and paying for the delivery. So they ripped me off for $124.00 plus the return fee. They should specify measurements for product use.
Took time to get a response from customer service but eventually my issue was sorted.

I learned after receiving the product that it could be dangerous for me as an epileptic person. I wanted to return it immediately and BionicGym made everything possible to prevent me from returning it. After I lost my grandmother, I had to go to my home country for her funerals and after they said it was too late for me to return it. This is a scam and very bad company

I love the bionic gym it is really helping me as I am not very mobile due to COPD and arthritis so this is a great way to keep my weight and fitness in check, the only thing that would improve this experience for me is an app on my Apple Watch so I can see a work out and the benefits, as I use other or indoor cycling but I don’t think these are accurate on calories burnt

If you are a short person like I am ( 5’1) the wraps do not fit properly no matter what you try. The product is non-returnable so I’m out over $600 for something that doesn’t work. They need different length wraps because people vary in height and thigh length. That’s a major design flaw. Save your money.
