I am tyring to contact you to suspend, not cancel my shipmets as i will be away and I have order more to keep me going. I cant get anyone to respond.

The Tripernol product is awesome. It has helped with my joint pain and cholesterol levels. I take medication for my triglycerides and, since taking Tripernol daily, my numbers are down below 200.

The gell capsules broke the 2 times before this but looks like you may have fixed the problem I haven't opened the 2 and 3rd bottle yet to check for burst capsules.

Used many of the green-lipped (GL) mussels from NZ for the past 14 years. I found Bio-Mer the best in volume of GL oil in a cap and ingredients. 2 to 3 times more.. No fillers. Got the product quick I may add. I expected a long wait, I think I received in under 14 days if correct.

Well a start would be to actually receive the product, been in my local Depp for delivery for 12 days and still

I have used Bio-Mer omega-3 for the last ten years. The experience can be summarized in my case: they underpromise and overdeliver. I take two pills in the morning and feel great for the rest of the day. I recommend trying it with a double dose for everyone for a week to see if it will work. Next, you can lower the dosage and see whether it still works. Two pills were enough for me.

I purchased BioMer's green lipped mussel powder, 1kg. This product seems to really help alleviate my dogs' arthritis (in conjunction with other medication). The dogs also love the taste, which is a plus. The product is of good quality, sufficiently packaged, ships quickly (even all the way to Texas), and is reasonably priced. I recommend this product, as well as BioMer, to all of my dog-owning friends. 1kg lasts about 12 months for 3 medium-sized dogs. I had the chance to speak to the owner over the phone last year when I bought this product for the first time. I wanted to know more about the product because I read that some companies sell lipid-depleted (undesirable) forms of this powder. Not ony was the owner quite friendly but he was also clearly very knowledgable, answered all of my questions, assured me that their product is not lipid depleted, and explained their quality control process in great detail. This product is the real deal. I will definitely buy from BioMer again in the future!
