My experience was constipation, didn’t curb cravings, my left foot swelled and I had a scan to check for blood clots (fortunately no clots) and I didn’t lose one lousy pound!
In order to get the lower price, I signed for the subscription. I stopped taking it before I finished the first batch. I asked for a refund on the second unopened bottles and they FLAT OUT REFUSED to refund or accept the return of their product. In the first batch of pills there was 59 in each bottle instead of 60. They offered to send me a free bottle after I told them twice I stopped taking it. They did refund the price of 1 bottle.
It’s a sham! Do not buy this product!

I purchased a 6-month supply on a…
I purchased a 6-month supply on a promotional offer when i signed up for the subscription, only to find out after that the promotional offer was only good if you keep the subscription for one year. At the time of purchase, it states you can cancel anytime but no where did it say you had to stay with it for a year to receive the promo. Not only was this unethically, the product did not produce the results stated and I took it for 6 months. Not worth the money, just an expensive placebo.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with both the GLP-1 Booster product and the customer service. I canceled my subscription months ago, yet had to unsubscribe again. When I requested a refund, I promptly provided everything they asked for, but the process was dragged out, only to then be told I was outside the 14-day return window. The basic probiotic seemed to work well, but the GLP-1 Booster was disappointing and seemed like little more than a fiber product. Unfortunately, that’s the product they now refuse to refund. The return process feels unnecessarily difficult and designed to work in the company’s favor. I would not purchase Bioma again.

I ordered a specific product, declined to accept their numerous requests to purchase other products, and then was charged extra after explicitly denying any of their offers. Kyla from Customer service explained the additional charge was something that is “automatically”added to any order. That is a LIE. Then they requested I leavE A TIP!

Excellent team at Bioma
Although the product didn't work for me, it was not a hassle to send it back for a full refund. Also included was a shipping label to send it back. They were very courteous and prompt. I only wish it could have worked for me.

I've been receiving this it's been great for my gut I ran into snacg and had to take a month off and then my card at the bank I had to get it changed and so I just had to start a new order because I didn't know how to change my payment method so I had to start over to give you the new card so hopefully you keep that on file and hopefully you'll send me a bottle every month until I can afford to get the one for 3 months thank you for your understanding

It didn’t work. Poor customer service
It didn’t work. I’ve been 3 months trying to cancel any future orders. Customer service tells me I can’t cancel and keeps taking money out of my account. I’ve talked to six different people finally they say they will cancel but won’t refund my money. For 3 months I’ve been trying to cancel. It’s impossible and they just keep taking money. Stay away from this crooked company.

After I left my review they contacted me with same crap I’ve been dealing with for 3 months. Took my money and think everything is solved. Apparently I was supposed to sign up for a subscription ( I never do) and that’s why I can’t have my money back. If I did I was unaware. This company is impossible to deal with. Save yourself a lot of headaches. They agree to cancel but not give my money back. Obvious what kind of business I’m dealing with
