Sorry, but we’re still waiting for this to arrive. The delivery company told us they couldn’t deliver (when we were here 😡) , since which, no further attempt to resolve the situation has been made.
Further to this, we’ve had a really superb response from Bio-D, who refunded our delivery costs and have gone above and beyond to put things right. Thank you Bio-D.

The products I ordered arrived on time and the fragrant ones smell amazing. The are super effective. I especially love the hand wash and dish washing liquid, way better thzn any other brand I've tried. The dush washer tablets are seriously effective too. All while doing my bit for our world. What's not to love. Makes me happy.

Great washing-up liquid, not great directions
The washing-up liquid seems very good. I love that it is made locally and is environmentally-friendly.
It would have been helpful to have clear directions and a map on the website so I knew where to go exactly and the name of the company. I collected from a company called D&AGF on Innovation Drive in Hull. I had to phone up to ask where I was going as not clear from Google Maps.
Lovely person greeted me and was straightforward to pick up item.

I phoned the helpline to ask about the…
I phoned the helpline to ask about the postage costs, and was pleased to find that it was free if I spent over £55. This is very helpful as, in the past I always had to pay postage because of where I live, which put me off making more frequent orders.
The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. My order arrived 2 days after my phone call.

Since buying from bio-d my clothes have been so much softer and fresher. I am so happy I decided to buy these products. My floor comes up perfect and shiny.
