I am quite happy with their support. I have been taking the capsules for almost a month.
I am a bit confused as to the instructions on the bottle: "Start with one capsule daily and increase up to 6 capsules per day. When desired results are achieved gradually reduce daily amount."
I have signed up for the monthly autoship, but if I increase the daily dose, I'll run out. i don't have any "desired results" and took one capsule twice a day for a while, but noticed nothing significantly different so not wanting to run out, went back to once a day dosing.
In ordering, I didn't see this issue addressed.
Please clarify.

The bottle instructions offer a general guideline because everyone responds to CBD differently. Some people feel benefits at 1–2 capsules per day, while others need more (up to 6) depending on their wellness needs and how their body absorbs CBD.
About running out early:
If you decide to increase your dose, you’re welcome to adjust your subscription at any time — either by:
Changing the quantity of bottles, or
Shortening the delivery interval (for example, every 3 weeks instead of every 4).
Just let us know and we’ll be happy to update it for you.
Since you haven’t noticed significant changes yet:
You may continue with 1 capsule twice daily and slowly increase from there if needed. Many customers only experience noticeable results after consistent dosing over several weeks.

Membership price is awesome. CBD plus oil for muscle aches is a lifesaver with my arthritis. I have not found anything that compares to the relief I get.

The product was great, but my finances at this time aren’t so I’m having to discontinue for awhile. The customer service was exceptional in regard to their response to my email and I was very impressed that the issue was promptly taken care of with no pressure to continue at a lesser price, etc., like so many companies try to do.
