Happy in WV

We have had a binder for the last 5 years on one of our commodes. We’ve never had an issue with ours, easy to install and work just like it did on day one.
We absolutely love it. I promise it will change your life. Save tons on toilet tissue. We just bought a second one in our master bathroom.

Highly recommend😊

The shipping process to get warranted…

The shipping process to get warranted service took nearly weeks to initiate after I had to make return calls. They threaten to throw your returned bidet away if their lengthy shipping instructions aren’t followed exactly. And disconnecting requires changing the T valve out to a normal valve and replacing with a normal toilet seat which I had to purchase because I tossed the original one thinking that my bidet would last.
Let’s see how long they take to repair it or throw it out.

BioBidet 2000: a great investment

We purchased the BioBidet 2000. Installation was easy, and it's performed flawlessly in the six months we have owned it. We like to wait a while after using a new product so that we can offer a total picture, and we are happy to report that it has delivered everything we had hoped for: a variety of settings, a "dry" function that isn't just a warm breeze, and sturdy construction. It does have a variety of settings and there was a learning curve there - but once you figure them out you are golden.

Customer service is down the toilet

Totally agree with the reviews stating that customer service is lacking or non-existent. I bought mine from a local company. When it stopped working after a couple of weeks, it turned out that the retailer had closed, there was no alternative service centre, and the response from Biobidet was to suggest I buy another one (presumably from a more reputable supplier). AVOID THIS COMPANY.

BioBidet seat vs. Toto Bidet seat

During Covid shutdown I bought a Biobidet (and a more expensive, Toto Brand). The Biobidet is hands down the better unit due to the "enema" function. I wish I had a bidet during my active sex and mensuration years, but better late than never. Never thought I would use the enema feature but USE IT ALL THE TIME. If I overdue it on sweets I get a little bunged up and this feature helps tremendously! The heater fans on both types is useless for me unless I want to sit there for a half hour to dry off. You will still want toilet paper to tap dry but I go through 1/4 of the toilet paper for the year because it's not for "cleaning" just for drying off the water. It's been 4 years now and still pooping happy. Do yourself a favor and make the leap. Bidet seats are AWESOME.

broken/repair issues not addressed, just pacified

I like a Bidet but the broken/repair issues say that Bio Bidet is not the way to go. My daughter has a Bidet from another CO and never had any troubles like ours!! We got a BB600 and have had numerous “repairs”- we’ve had to send it back 3 times about 6-9 mo part each time; First- the seat had malfunction in the factory “paint” and had blotchy spotty gray spots- they sent a new one; then the water tank leaked, got repaired, 6mo later leaked again, got repaired, leaked again and now the water tank heater went out- they say its time for a new one and they will make a special discounted offer on a new one HOWEVER, each contact takes a week or 10 days to hear back from them so it drags on and on. I have not heard anything back after 3 emails re: a new replacement so they are now ignoring me. We paid about $400 for the original seat, and each repair was about a 35-$50 shipping fee. The CS is sketchy, and this is just not acceptable. I love the bidet concept but would NEVER purchase another Bio Bidet due to all this mess and dealing with them for the last year and 1/2. (Ultimately with NO RESOLVE !!)

I love their product until it broke

I love their product until it broke. I have had a 6800 series bidet for about 5 years. recently, the hinge broke. I attempted to order a replacement, but the web site is a nightmare trying to place an order. when I was able to finally place an order, the order was changed somehow in the cart to a different series. I admit I did not notice this. I was just happy that I was finally able to get an order placed. they sent it to me. charged me and now expect me to pay shipping costs to return it. the support team is very slow at responding and not helpful in resolving issues. I would recommend the product but would warn you not to use customer support or attempt anything through their website.

I agree with the previous review

I agree with the previous review, I have a Biobidet 2000 that still under warranty that is not working properly.
I contacted the seller and they sent a message to the manufacturer 5 days ago, I sent another 3 days ago, and have not heard peep from them.
Beware of horrible customer service.

Product is cold garbage, company support is non-existant

I made the mistake of getting two of these "luxury" bidets (BioBidet Serenity A8)

Once installed, they worked OK for a little while. The heated seats and water flow worked as expected (most of the time). The air dryer was often cold though.

Major issues:
* The install is a nightmare - especially if you have the hidden toilet bolts
* The remote controls are super flaky and unintuitive.
* The thing sometimes locked itself in ECO mode and wouldn't go back to normal.

AND - fast forward about 3 years and 2 months. The things turn into useless junk.

Both of the units seat heaters broke. Both of the water heaters broke. So I get a cold seat and cold water in addition to the cold air from the dryer. Not pleasant.
The remotes are unable to change anything except the beeping and the toilet bowl lights.
The power light on one of the units went out (so you can't even tell if it has a heartbeat except for the bowl LED and the incessant beeping.

Do you want to get them fixed? Well, you need to uninstall them, mail them to BioBidet (at your cost) and give them $185 for a repair (each). And you need to figure out what to do without a toilet seat for 1-2 weeks. This company is a joke.
