I ordered a Dagobert Bio Stefan Multonnenbox 6 and when it was shipped by international transport the packages were damaged. It took me 5 months a lawsuit with no result because they didn't recognized the faulty packages.Bio Stefan has a service person that isn't qualified to solve problems instead they delay, frustrate the customer by asking them more photo's. So If you want to buy a quality solution there are other vendors who offer better service. In total the box has cost 2500 euro and it is still damaged and incomplete.

It arrived on time. Assembly wasn't easy, especially since the instruction manual isn't entirely clear (the illustrations definitely need improvement), but the end result is good. My choice was limited by available space, but the Dagobert set, comprising a 240L bin shed and three 120L bin sheds, appears attractive, functional, and quite sturdy.

i bought the Dagobert garbage bin box from Bio-Stefan about 2 years ago to hide my ugly plastic garbage containers with flashy colors in my garden. The product quality is very good, the mounting is quite simple, and the look is much much better than the containers. ordering was easy, shipping was fast and good product protection and service was good when i contacted them. I highly recommend this product as it is good looking and qualitative.
