I highly recommend you don't get involved with this company! While you're in the red, Bingx values and loves you. But as soon as you make a small profit, your account will be immediately blocked. Something interesting happened to me. I opened a trade and closed it with a profit. Exactly 10 minutes later, I was logged out of my account and couldn't access it anymore. An error message appeared on the screen stating that the account was under risk control. Think about it: you have open futures positions, but you haven't been allowed to access your account for more than three days. No one contacted me until I decided to email them myself. As a result, for a minor profit of $2,000-$3,000, they sent me a request for my entire life history. From my first deposit to incomprehensible tax statements, my official income, employment records, and requests to hand over the personal data of third parties. No company in the world asks for such a list of absurd documents. I don't even know my UID, because only this terrible platform kicks you out of your account and you can't even save your transaction history.
Support replies to emails every two days, documents are deliberately delayed and not reviewed, and you'll never get a refund if you accidentally make a profit instead of a loss. I'll keep you updated and disclose all actions taken by this BINGX platform.

My account was blocked after I started trading through the BingX API. As soon as my trades began generating profits, the account was suddenly restricted.
I hadn’t violated any rules, yet I got blocked and also received a message claiming the restriction was due to “abnormal activity” and the use of a “Proxy/VPN”—something I know nothing about. I contacted their customer support, but the responses were unhelpful and provided no real solution.
I couldn’t just stand by and watch my profits disappear, so I sought help elsewhere and eventually managed to regain access to my account and withdraw my funds.
Be cautious, especially when using APIs. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid dealing with them. It’s better to trade on a different exchange

I’ve been a BingX user for a long time and always considered it one of the best exchanges in the market — great platform, secure and easy to use.
I’ve always traded correctly, both in spot and futures, and I’ve never broken any rule or held multiple accounts.
However, my account was suddenly restricted for trading without any prior notice or clear explanation.
Every time I contact support, they just send the same automated response, saying they can’t help, and never give me a real answer.
Honestly, I find this a lack of respect for loyal users.
I’ve already offered to send a verification video, ID, proof of address, or anything else needed, but no one has actually reviewed my case.
I really like BingX and want to keep trading here, but this situation is very disappointing.
I just want a real solution and a clear explanation of why my account was restricted.

I previously left a review about my experience with BingX during the WLFI token listing on 01.09.2025, where I was forced to buy at an abnormal price of $2.8 while the same token was under $0.5 on Binance and Bybit. This caused me a huge financial loss.
BingX publicly replied under my review, asking me to provide my account ID for “further investigation”. I provided my ID (26970368) immediately, but after more than a week there has been complete silence from BingX. No follow-up, no explanation, no compensation.
This behavior shows that their public replies are just for appearance, while in reality they ignore customers and do not take responsibility for their flawed pricing system.
I warn other traders: be extremely careful when trading on BingX.

Deposit Accepted, Withdrawal Blocked
My username on BingX is SID27674067.
I deposited €300 into BingX on August 1st through Mercuryo, converted USDT into BTC directly on the platform, and tried to withdraw the BTC to my Trezor wallet on August 11th.
My withdrawal was blocked immediately. I have already completed the full KYC process and submitted all additional documents requested, but my account balance remains frozen with no access to my funds.
Support has only given generic replies and has not provided any clear explanation, timeline, or resolution. This is unacceptable, especially since the funds were legally deposited and verified.
I am requesting BingX to urgently:
Provide a clear reason for the ongoing withdrawal restriction.
Give a concrete timeline for when my funds will be released.
Escalate this case to the Compliance/AML team if further checks are required.
Until this issue is resolved, I strongly warn other users to be cautious when depositing funds into BingX, as withdrawals may be blocked even after completing KYC.

I asked support why they deleted the account and they replied that it was none of our business and you just need to email them to resolve it and they will reply back after a few days. You need to have proof to release the funds. I deposited about 7 months ago and I didn't save the txid.
They will delete your account and steal your funds if you don't have proof.

I am extremely disappointed with BingX and want to warn everyone about the serious risks of trading on this platform.
On 01.09.2025, I purchased a cryptocurrency token WLFI on BingX using a market order. At that time:
• The token’s price on major exchanges like Binance, Bybit and CoinMarketCap was below 0.5$,
• I bought it on BingX for $2.8,
• This led to my investment losing over 90% of its value, causing a massive financial loss.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer support, BingX offered only a 20 USDT “goodwill” voucher. This is utterly inadequate and does not come close to compensating for the enormous loss I suffered due to abnormal execution prices caused by low liquidity and their index price system.
This situation exposes severe issues on BingX:
• Market orders on low liquidity tokens can result in execution prices many times higher than real market value,
• Their index pricing mechanism can create unjustified financial losses for users,
• Customer support offers minimal compensation, ignoring the scale of the problem.
I strongly warn anyone considering trading on BingX: check prices on multiple exchanges before buying, avoid market orders on low liquidity tokens, and be aware that the platform may not fairly compensate you for losses caused by its pricing mechanisms.
BingX must take responsibility for protecting users and preventing such financially damaging situations. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform under any circumstances.
