Don't trust this game and nothing but scammers I won almost $400 and they won't let me withdrawal because they said that I had questions about my PayPal account and basically that I was a fraud and I needed to give him my main debit card information starting with router number account number and also my ID take a picture of it front and back of my main debit card and I wouldn't do it so now I don't get my winnings they suck!

I am in my 60s verified my account with all they asked for. Only to be told by email
“Your account has failed routine security checks which have led us to discontinue your membership.”
I contacted customer services they can not find out what done wrong.
I play with loads of big reputable bingo sites like Jackpotjoy,Buzz,Mecca and Tombolla. Never an issue with them. Had no problem verifying with them. Bingo Storm and all its sister sites should be closed down when their company is so unfair to its customers! Am sure they only want customers who deposit more money than they win!

Edit 2: WARNING: after finally accepting I am who I say I am and verifying my account they came back to me and said they are not re opening my account and they're keeping my balance of £250 due to "certain betting patterns" I deposited and played slots each day to get a daily wheel spin, that's all, nothing dodgy. If you care about your money don't play on this site or any site under the Broadway gaming umbrella because they did the same on Winkslots for another £177 as well.
Stay well away from this site and any site associated with their parent company. Blocked my account without warning and refused to withdraw my balance until I was verified. Nearly two weeks later and 5 different pieces of ID/bank statements sent my account is still locked and my funds are still being held hostage.
The fact that they block accounts for "verification" without warning and don't return funds is MAJOR red flag as you haven't done anything wrong, add to that the fact they make the process of getting verified ridiculously difficult (loads of different documents asked for as well as taking days to look at them only to reject them or ask for another document) makes it a site you shouldn't waste your time playing on.
Edit: don't listen to the reply, no other sites blocks and freezes your money without warning for a verification check. They warn you that you have a certain amount of time to verify your account and if it's not done in that time period your account will then be blocked until you verify.

Impossible to ever profit
I have now played about 5 different Bingo games. While you can't expect to make much with these games in general (they are mostly just for fun), this is the first actual scam I've run into. After putting $6, I had about $21 in winnings. I usually test out the withdrawal process early on to see how it will work. I tried to just take out 5. It said I needed to first deposit FIFTEEN more dollars to take out 5!
When I read their withdrawal policy closer, here is what it says:
"Withdrawal Mission" is the new withdrawal policy that requires you to fill the green bar by making a deposit before you can withdraw your money. To do this, you need to click on "Go Deposit" and deposit some money into your account. After depositing the required money, you can withdraw your winnings without problems.
However, please don't worry. You can use the deposited money to play cash games and win even more cash. Since you need to use cash as entry fees to win more cash anyway, making a small deposit won't affect your benefits, right?"
