Dont play at this casino!
All dealers fall asleep and let you wait minimum 5 whole minutes per turn so they can sleep. Shit company!
No real casino experience with these people they have there. Customers support was also very bad, gamble your money somewhere else!!!

Terrible withdrawal
As other mentioned, I’m pretty sure you guys are losing lots of customers because of the time it takes for withdrawal and I’m one of them. Trust me you’ll make a lot more profit if you let people get their money instantly

Great Support
Just registered and cannot comment on the product experience yet.
But at this stage I want to leave a good feedback for Support department.
Unfortunately, Bingoal are using some really crap 3rd party service for identification, which was totally unable to verify my different documents. Please, change the provider of this service. Others work fine and quickly on other casinos/bookmakers.
So, I contacted Support without much hope of help but they replied via email almost instantly. And then they helped to finish my registration very quickly.
Kudos for very quick and good work.

Amazing sports betting site
I am quite shocked reading the comments underneath. In my experience with Bingoal.nl (used it only for sports betting) was more than amazing. Always had the best odds on the market, quick payouts, really nice bonus systems, super quick and friendly customer service support. So for me it was one big 5 start experience. Only thing, I would like to recommend is to increase the betting options for the sports betting (eg. goal in both halves, more than 3.5 goals 1st half or for a team) and also add some new leagues. I would really wish you all the best guys!
