I was really worried when I read the reviews on bingbangbosh after ordering a treadmill from them via wowcher, was 100% sure I wasn’t going to receive it or it would arrive broken but everything went smoothly except delivery was a little longer due to the new year. Customer service always replied within a day to reassure me and answer all my questions. Treadmill arrived by tuffnells, packaging and treadmill both in perfect condition (no mould or damage anywhere)If you are panicking because of all these reviews calm doon, there’s still hope! Lol
Do not use this company
Do not use this company , very bad experience
Avoid this company!!
This company is an absolute disgrace! My husband and I bought a X2 hurricane exercise bike.
When it first came, the box was damaged and items were missing. We opened the box and there was a funny smell, like old mold.
We sent an email with photos to show them how badly damaged it was and also to ask if they could send us the missing parts (bolts, washers and screws) only to be told that they don't supply them and to use any bog standard screws, bolts, washers, we were a little shocked about this but nethertheless we did this.
We started to put the bike together and we noticed not only did the bike look nothing like what was sold but the stickers looked they had just been stuck on. As for the pedals. Well they just kept on coming undone and falling off. In further inspection , we noticed that there was insufficient threading on both of the pedals. The crank was also not set in the correct way. The bike was dangerous and in the end became unusable.
We sent email after email asking for our money back to no avail, then finally after making yet another complaint months later, I received an email to say that they had sent a refund. I checked, triple checked but I have absolutely no no record of this refund. It never arrived. More emails back and forth but all I have been given is excuse after excuse.
The bike is currently in the garage, unusable and my husband has had to fork out and buy a new one, which is usable.
We are currently looking into taking legal action. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I ordered a bike from them via wowcher…
I ordered a bike from them via wowcher in September. It’s now nearly Christmas and the bike I ordered for a birthday present still has not been delivered. They have done nothing to resolve it but refer me to the delivery company Tuffnells who now say they can’t even find the package anymore. They are not refusing to give me a refund for the £200 I spent on the bike. Terrible logistics and customer service and no sense of accountability. Don’t buy from them. Even though a voucher website.
Bought a spin bike via wowcher
Bought a spin bike via wowcher, pedal completely snapped off within 3 months and no resolution at all - offered replacement parts initially but sent the wrong ones and now being told they can't provide the spares but will take no further action - appalling customer service and I would never buy from them again.
Disgraceful Company
Please don't buy anything from this Company unless you want a lot of stress. I bought a foldable bike for my son as he is a carer and couldn't afford the bus fares.
Two days after receiving it he realised it was not safe and wrote to Bing Bang Bosh to return it for a full refund. They wanted photos of the bike, photos of the faults which he did even though it wasn't really necessary as it was only two days after he had it delivered. After that they wanted original box which had been thrown away as it was wet and disintegrating so he bought a new bike box for £24.
At this point he opened a case on Resolver against Wowcher for selling faulty goods.
Then Bing Bang Bosh wanted photos of the packaging, photos of the collection, photos of the collection driver and lorry and £40 to have it picked up. He refused and they said okay £25. He refused.
All this had been going on for over a month. He then ramped up the case against Wowcher and they finally got involved and after almost 6 weeks gave him a refund. It took so many e.mails back and forth most of the time just saying the same things. He would have taken it to the Small Claims Court if necessary. They didn't refund the £19.99 postage and packing but he was just grateful to get his £179.99 back.
Anyone who has bought anything from this despicable firm please continue to bother them. Eventually (especially if you involve Wowcher) you will receive your refund
ALERT: Bike bought via wowcher from bing bang bosh
Bought a bike marketed by wowcher from bing bang bosh. The bike arrived and was not in a state to ride. The brakes were poor, bike mechanic said the bike was not made to UK standards. After some back and for between wowcher, bing bang bosh were contacted. More money was paid for the bike to be collected. This is now four months later and bing bang bosh, still have not refunded. They ( a variety of email addresses) continue to ask for receipts which they already have been sent and now they are also saying that the bike was not collected. However, they already sent a courrier, that turned up twice to pick up . First day picked up and second day same person - said he had already picked up bike day before. This company is a mess and not to be trusted. Wowcher should be used with care as they are clearly not filtering companies they work with.

Please do not buy a fold up bike from wowcher. It comes from this company who advised it had been dispatched and it hadn’t. It finally arrived 3 weeks later (and a lot if emails to chase it) in a very flimsy cardboard box and when assembled by an experienced mechanic is dangerous. The gears constantly slip or clunk into gear 5 minutes after you have changed. The brakes are pretty useless too. The company fail to respond to any emails and do not have a contact telephone number. Save your money.

I ordered a treadmill it was sent to me very damaged I have emailed everything they requested and heard nothing back for over a week, this is appalling customer service. Do not buy from these people.

AVOID. Bikes are unsafe. Offered refunds never materialise. Likely not a UK based company despite them claiming otherwise.
1 star is too generous for them.

Another BingBangBollocks
Another BingBangBollocks - Item was defunct and broke, they said it was a manufacture problem and are refusing to refund. Breaking consumer rights laws left right and centre, I look forward to seeing these guys on BBC Watchdog.
Scam company
Stay away! I recently bought a spin bike through Wowcher website. The bike arrived damaged - I couldn’t assemble it. Not to mention the quality of it. When I contacted the Bing Bang Bosh about it, they asked me to pay £40 to return it. So I’ve paid £20 for delivery and £40 for return. Total £60 for a faulty item, which they never refunded. Total scam company. Very rude emails - never apologised for a terrible service. I don’t know who works there and how can they function. I wanted to complain and claim my money back, but I don’t have time for it

2 x hurricane bikes ordered and one arrived. Like everyone else, sub standard and parts missing. Weeks of messing with customer service and then requested refund after never receiving second bike.
Second arrived a week after requesting refund, and it arrived destroyed. Was clearly returned by someone else, and was damaged to the point of it being useless, couldn't build. Company then blocked us when we try to contact them.
Dont waste your money, they don't look anything like the advert 😒😒
Bykka F6 Sport folding bicycle
AVOID! do not buy this bicycle, I took it to a professional and he was appalled by how it has been put together. The joints are rubbish and the middle has been poorly wielded. He suggested that its better to spend £250-300 and go for a hybrid bicycle (Btwin for example).
Hurricane x2 spin bike sold by…
Hurricane x2 spin bike sold by bingbangbosh/istarz Ltd through wowcher
Reading all your reviews now, all so familiar, this bike turned up broke, washers missing and faulty securing bolts. Received £30 compensation and I bodged the fault. It worked for a month till the right handlebar snapped in use. Now I have spent about a month so far asking for the rest of my money back, offered a replacement, which I refused and charged £40 which they reduced to £20 after my complaint of carp customer service for courier to pick it up. Paid it and no reply so far and still waiting. I did also contact via email Wowcher about this situation, hear nothing. Do not buy from this company. Will try PayPal too for help.
Bingbangbollocks
Another victim of the cowboys who make this product. Product looks professional and top quality on wowcher, what arrived was something that resembled a cheap knock-off. After just three uses the left pedal arm has fallen off and no matter how many times it's re-tightened it gets loose and falls off. The computer doesn't work and the whole thing smells of a cheap version that would no way support someone weighing 25 stone as the product describes. Have instigated a refund but judging by the other reviews I could be in for some fun. Paid witb PayPal fortunately so will escalate it if needed, if not I shall see them in court. Absolutely disgusting that they can palm this crap off as originally being worth over £300 before the wowcher discount. I wouldn't pay £30 for it. Bingbangbosh? Binbangbollocks more like.
Further update they have tried offering me a replacement for free, no thank you not if its like your previous rubbish. A partial refund of £15 to repair it myself 😂 or I can have a full refund if I pay the £40 charge to have it returned. I think not. Have escalated to wowcher but will soon be escalating it to PayPal for a claim. Trading standards have also been informed.
So they have now agreed to fund the return and have arranged a courier to come and collect it. It shouldn't be a fight to get something that they are legally obliged to do under the consumer rights act. If the entire refund amount doesn't end up in my bank and they try and deduct the courier cost from it I shall reclaim the rest by a chargeback which will cost them more.
TERRIBLE COMPANY
My son also purchased an exercise bike from BINGBANGBOSH through Wowcher, when it arrived it was damaged and parts were missing, contacted both BBB and Wowcher but had no luck. So after nearly 2 months of sending emails to both and going around in circles, we purchased a Court order for £ 35 and it was dealt with within 3 weeks had a full refund and a refund for the court order cost. NEVER BUY FROM WOWCHER OR BINGBANGBOSH TERRIBLE COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR MONEY !!!!
I've been BingBangBoshed!
If you are reading this then there is absolutely no point in getting annoyed. If, like me, you looked at their items on Wowcher and thought them too good to be true, then they obviously were. For as much as I abhor the wide boys that run 'BingBangBosh' the clue is really in their name and the joke is on us. The real culprits in this supply of sub-standard and at times dangerous equipment are Wowcher, a company (or service) that I previously had no problem with. Why on earth do they want to damage their corporate name by engaging with these clowns? I will be cancelling my Wowcher account until such time that they disassociate themselves from this car boot company and would seriously urge everyone else to do the same and spread the word. I paid via PayPal and got my money back and cannot praise them highly enough for their professionalism and diligence, but I am currently in dispute with Wowcher over the refund of my return postage which it is their statutory obligation to refund. BingBangBosh is just a trade name used by a bunch of market traders as is istarz. Perhaps a group should be set up named 'I've been BingBangBoshed'......Good luck everyone.
