Binance is a base for anyone who deals with crypto. The liquidity is huge, you can buy or sell anything quickly, listings from good projects. But unfortunately, the P2P section has been restricted in my region and I can no longer exchange crypto for fiat. I also don't like the overloaded interface — it's really scary for a beginner for the first time, there are too many tabs and buttons, you can get lost when you need to find a certain section. Support does not always respond quickly.

Biggest scam platform of them all. nobody is winning except for the exchanges and the corrupt politicians that manipulate crypto.
I have lost $71.000 over the last 2 years.
There is no way of coming back in profit with crypto when exchanges own the entire market. Everything is rigged from BTC and XRP to meme coins.

Binance refuses to return 7,000 USD…
I am extremely disappointed with Binance support. I accidentally sent over $7,000 in XDC to an EVM-compatible address. Their technical team identified the funds (Case #159117402), but they refuse to perform a manual recovery, despite @BinanceUS supporting this network. I know they hold the private keys to this address. They provide inconsistent service—helping some users in this situation but ignoring others with high-value assets. This is unacceptable for a global leader in crypto. I am requesting a senior manager to review this case and return my assets for a fee

Reliable platform with low fees
I’ve been using Binance for some time now for buying crypto, futures trading, and P2P deals. The platform is quite simple to use once you get used to it, and the overall performance is stable.
My experience with P2P and futures was positive, as transactions were quick and smooth. Fees are reasonable compared to similar platforms.
In general, it’s a reliable option, but it might take beginners a bit of time to understand everything

⚠️ CRITICAL WEB3 BRIDGE FAILURE: $920k CONFIRMED "SUCCESS" VS $200 DELIVERED!
I am reporting a massive technical failure and a breach of execution on the Binance Web3 Wallet Bridge.
On March 27, I attempted a bridge/swap from 0.33 BNB (BSC) to PAXG (ETH). The Binance interface officially confirmed a SUCCESSFUL transaction for 204.53 PAXG—market value: $920,000+ USD.
Instead of delivering the confirmed asset, the protocol unilaterally substituted it with 204 USDT on the Ethereum network.
The Damage:
Contractual Breach: A confirmed "Success" for a specific amount is a binding trade. Substituting assets after confirmation is unacceptable.
Liquidity Trap: My funds are now locked on the ETH network without gas fees due to your error.
Fiscal Misclassification: Forcing a swap from Gold (PAXG) to Fiat (USDT) creates unauthorized tax liabilities.
Support says "the dollar value is correct," ignoring a systemic pricing glitch. I demand a 0.5 ETH settlement for this technical malpractice and the gas fees required to fix this mess. Nothing by Binance

Binance is a fraud
Binance is a fraud. They have held my funds without any valid reason. They keep saying the review will be completed within 30 days and that the investigation is ongoing, but it has already been 2 months. I have been troubled the entire time, and still neither the 30 days have passed properly nor has the investigation been completed. This feels like a scam to take people’s money.

Binance P2P Support Ignoring Official Bank Call Proof - $3,000 Scam (Order: 152928264)
I am a victim of a P2P merchant scam on Binance. My HBL bank account in Pakistan has been blocked for 180 days because of a fraudulent transaction from a merchant on Binance.
I have provided the HIGHEST level of evidence: a 20-minute LIVE video recording of a call with my bank officer confirming the fraud flag and the specific transaction IDs. I also provided video proof of official emails sent to the bank.
Despite this, Binance P2P support is giving me automated 'copy-paste' replies and protecting the scammer merchant instead of refunding my $3,000 from the merchant's security deposit. This is a total failure of user safety. Richard Teng, please look into Case: 152928264. I will not stop until my funds are recovered."
