I strongly suggest trying this out. The atmosphere was incredibly laid-back. We experienced the sparkling wine tasting evening. The host was well-informed, and the cost was fair considering the generous portions of wine and cheese included.

Booking
Your booking system is cumbersome, at least I found it so: it took me numerous attempts, far too many, to complete my booking, whether I used my phone, tablet or laptop.

Hi Robert i am sorry you found our booking system slow, but we us a free system so we can keep our cost down so we can offer good value for money. Yes we could get a faster booking system but the cost is over £1000 plus vat a year which we would have to pass on to our customers so that’s why we us a free system. I see you Booked for sat 21st you have put on your ticket that you are not part of a group booking, but say you have book with a friend for the same event . Did you want to sit together if so please give us a call on 01473874767 and we can sort that. I Would like you to think about you 1 star review as this will greatly impact our business for what i hope you understand why we us the free system. 1 Star review for our business is in my opinion not really fair & it does not really reflect what we do as a Wine Bistro.

A superb evening
French Wine Tasting. A superb evening excellently hosted by Richard who is clearly as passionate about his wine as he is his customers. We will definitely be returning to learn more as it's also refreshingly good value.

The wine tasting events here are great value and very informative. Plenty of food provided. Richard is great and very helpful with his vast knowledge. It’s a must for wine lovers who want a relaxed atmosphere.

Great little find
What a little hidden gem. Great knowledgable and friendly staff and a huge selection of wines. We opted for 5 tasters and added on a cheese board. Such great value. Would definitely recommend and will be returning

Lovely welcoming wine bar
A lovely welcoming wine bar (got beer and cider too), with a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily while away a few hours sampling the liquid delights. The wine tasting sessions are great, especially with the food pairings.

Hubby and I had an another amazing Afternoon Tea. As usual the food was excellent and extremely plentiful. Took some home in a doggy bag!
