When Johan took the project, he demonstrated good understanding and underbid compared to another option I had.
However, half way down the planning process which was a fixed price fixed quote one, he all of a sudden withut any prior notice or agreement asked for more money (nearly double). After some negotiation, we settled it.
He did deliver good quality drawings but that's where it ends. First time the planning application was rejected as he did not follow all of the technical processes. In the reapplication, it came out that double storey extension was never going to be allowed due to specific planning application rules that an architect should be aware of but in this case Johan probably missed. Now, he wants more money to set it right. If you are engaging his services, just be aware that his service with regards managing planning permission is zero but he can produce fantastic drawings.

I was referred to Bimcreation late in the day re: my project. Following a hastily arranged site visit the drawings and specs were produced in just a few days and this included a few small ammendments which enable the project to proceed on schedule. The drawings also seemed to be of a higher standard than those I had used before. I would definitley use Bimcreation again for any further projects.

Johan was very efficient in providing us with detailed building plans. The plans were well presented in colour and well layed out. His price was very reasonable and we got the drawings a few days later.
I would recommend Johan for all aspects of design needed.
