My preston inception station plunger had broken . Tried many places to source one,even contacted preston them selves who couldn't help. Staff at Clark's took details of what I required and phoned around to get the items unfortunately I had given wrong details but as soon as given correct ones they found the catches I ordered two. They got sent out the same day and I received them the following day . Fantastic service and aceptional customer service .

Delivered to me here in Thailand in just over a week. Very reasonable postage. Great customer service and terrific range of seatbox spares. 5 stars all the way! Cheers

I have been using Billy Clarke's for a number of years now and they are by far the best providers of service in the Fishing Tackle industry that I have ever come across. Everyone in the shop is helpful, knowledgeable and they always do what they say they will. They never let you down and you're always made welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else and always call in whenever I'm back in Yorkshire. They really are the best.

Broke end eye on my spod rod, took down to billy clarks, Lee foxed it, as new, absolute wizard. Proper fishing tackle shop run by knowledgeable anglers...can't recommend highly enough for all fishing needs...

Purchased from Billy Clarke multiple times over the years and always received my order quickly. However, I recently had an issue with one of my orders and found that they refuse to reply to any of their customer service enquiries.

I ordered two spare spools which were sent but never arrived. Let them know and they sorted it without issue. Top service, easy to communicate with, will be happy to use them again.
