complete scam.. pls stay away .. they never send your item and eventuall claim that it was sent but returned .. they are complete liars and i doubt they are Brits the commnication has been scarce and the language very conspicous and broken.. PLEASE STAY AWAY >. THEY ARE A SCAM !!!!!!

I spent a hot £25 of my own savings just to treat myself and this freak ass hat of a company scams me, i email them a long string of emails and they blame the courier for losing the package, get real

i pray that i get my bloody money back because that 25 is precious to me - ill find you mate

Total scam
Was told the package was lost and they would resend. Never happened. On the phone with credit card company now and they are in Big trouble
They shouldn't treat people this way
Shame on you
They will have stand and answer for this one day

DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Goods never received, I complained and they said I would get a refund within 10-20 days, and I am still waiting !!
They also blamed the "courier" for losing the item.
I had to provide a score of 1 but in reality it should be minus.
I have reported them to my bank and will notify the police

It’s a scam!
The Company appeared on FB MarketPlace as an add and I got the clear impression that it was Stanley webshop and not this BillybombingLtd company.
So I bought a Stanley cup, and 2 days later got a track n’trace nr, the page did seem a bit off, but didn’t think more about it.
It’s been almost 2 months now and the website keeps getting so much re-directed that you cannot access it and the only time the track n trace gets updated is when I have contacted the “customer Care”…
Keep away from this scam…

Terrible service and very dishonest! They don’t provide the product and then they make it hard on you for a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were pretending to be Smyths toys, took my Money and got no items. No emails from smyths and feel really stupid ordering but looked genuine and used Smyths store logos. Please don't order anything from them, I've gotten emails saying the courier is lost and this was paid for 18th July. Don't trust them

Need 0 star setting for this one! Fake scam company. They use different websites with different names, though the company that takes the money in Britain is called Billybombing Ltd. Been registered for 2 years and hasn't filed any accounts. 1 shareholder, 1 director address in China.
Like a twit, I ordered 'Birkenstocks'in July via Instagram from website which now no longer exists. Nothing has come, despite their replies to several complaining emails from me, trying to make me wait longer. I'm currently going through dispute process with Mastercard. I've learnt my lesson and now crossing fingers I get my money back.

This is definitely a scam and they just send you generic emails to keep you hanging on. I was lucky and reported it to my barclays debit and managed to get a refund. I waited a month for crocs and kept getting generic emails. I ordered them and it was advertised like it was a sale at crocs themselves. Be very wary buying on Facebook!!! If in doubt don't purchase and if you do but then work credit card as you have more protection.

A despicable company that are never going to send the item you ordered . After two months they say they will refund you , all lies .

This is a scam. Do not buy anything from this company. You will get a legitimate-looking tracking service that takes week, but no goods will ever arrive. They email following complaints, promising refunds but it is unlikely to ever materialise. Trading standards needs to crack down on this so-called company.

Ordered some toys advertised as smyths toys clearance didn't recieve items checked my card payment this company came up so fraud as payment details said smyths when filling in payment details

Ordered some Brooks trainers via an Instagram ad but order number is incorrect and you can’t track.

They seem to be a Ltd Company that are active but don’t reply to emails.

I raised a dispute via my credit card and they have claimed that will refund me ‘within 20 days’. I hold out no hope.

Made a purchase of Birkenstocks through some link in Facebook. They used the Birkenstock website or something so close you wouldn’t know the difference. But all the names and emails and links are different and don’t sync up. Then there are the emails saying your order can no longer be held and the links are broken.

This company is on Facebook. its a scam take your money and never deliver goods. they say they are smyth toys and sell at cut prices. but this is a scam. If you email them they dont answer..phone is an oversea number that no one answers..so please dont order on my bank account it say Billybombing ltd. and the company call themselves Smyth toy supper store
