Worthless parasitic service

Worthless parasitic service. Maybe remind me before the invoice expires and do not charge me for it. Never got an email or anything before the deadline.

Customer data wide open

Apparently data protection for customers of their customers is not a priority. I got a link in an email which automatically shows all my invoices, email, and of course bank account if I linked any. Just horrible. No login needed, tested today with my link on different machines and browser.

We want to assure you that data protection is a top priority at Billogram.

All data transferred through the invoice link is encrypted, which means the information is protected. The link is sent to you either by email or SMS, and to access it you would need to log in to your email with your password or have access to your phone to receive the SMS. Since the link is tied to your email, you can open it on any device or browser that you’ve approved through your email provider, meaning this access is fully under your control.

The main risk of the link ending up in the wrong hands would be if you were to accidentally forward it to another person. For that reason, we strongly recommend not sharing the link with anyone else.

Additionally, the invoice link itself is randomly generated and intentionally designed to be long and complex, making the chance of anyone else being able to guess your personal link extremely low.

They send invoices that can't be paid

They send invoices that can't be paid, and require you to sign up for their newsletter in order to contact them which is against GDPR which is ILLEGAL! I've just filed a lawsuit against the company for not following EU regulations!
